Bryce, hello.

Great to see you.

Appreciate you joining us.

Of course.

A really positive game, not just for you, but also for the group.

But I do wanna talk about your two knocks.

We saw you get three hits against the Diamondbacks in two starts.

What adjustments have you made to your approach that you feel like have led to an increase in production here in these last couple starts for you?

Yeah, I think the biggest thing is just experience and getting some ABs under my, under my belt.

you know, I've started trying being a little bit more picky.

you know, starting off a little bit slow, it's kinda easy to try and swing yourself out of it.

But, you know, I realize that's probably not the way to go.

You know, guys are picking corners and throwing stuff just off the plate.

So, trying to be more picky and not try and swing myself out of a slow start, but let it come to me, and, continue and just put good ABs together and try to hit the ball hard.

You're talking about good ABs, Bryce.

That walk that you were able to work in the fifth inning after Daniel Susac's led to giving Harrison Bader that opportunity to really put the icing on the cake in today's victory, what did that What, what's the mentality going there?

You talk about being a little bit more picky, but in that situation you showed really good ice too, because it wasn't an easy at bat.

Yeah, yeah.

I mean, going up there with two outs, I got guys on.

I'm just, you know, looking to fight for a way to get on or drive a run in.

And, you know, he was, he was, like I said, he was picking the corners on me, and I stayed, you know, I stayed to my plan.

Stayed to, you know, what I was looking for.

And I think, you know, a big thing was, you know, getting those, those two knocks early in the game.

He was a little bit more hesitant to come over the heart of the plate.

So, yeah, just, staying my approach and, you know, worked a walk, and thankfully Harrison, you know, belted that one.

That was pretty cool.

That was definitely the loudest crowd moment- I've experienced in my career so far.

The crowd looked lit both last night and today.

Bryce, you mentioned just getting more consistent at bats.

You've been put in kind of a unique situation where you haven't been able to start every day since you got the call up.

what is the messaging from the Giants staff about, you know, maybe just being a little bit patient, or what yourself, I guess, mentally are you trying to do to stay in it, whether you're playing one day and not the next, and kinda the way that you've been managing all of that?

Yeah.

I mean, I'm just trying to learn every day.

No matter what situation I'm in, I expect myself to just go out there and compete and be the best version of myself.

And, it is a little bit of a new situation, you know, getting ready for a pinch hit or, or not playing every day.

But, you know, I'm looking to continue to earn my spot here and, and earn my spot every day.

And, guys in the clubhouse have been super, super supportive of me and, and my journey.

And, and guys like, you know, Eric Hoss, we'd, we'll be down in the cage together getting ready for a pinch hit or a DH, and he's just given me the right mindset of, you know, no matter how many ABs you get during the week, when you go in there you're the best guy, you're the best guy out there.

And he's been big for me.

The veteran guys have just been lifting me up and, and supporting me.

So, you know, I, I got a lot of praises for those guys, and they've helped me out a lot.

That's awesome.

It seems like there really is a positive vibe in the clubhouse.

But no Powerade shower?

Did you escape cleanly, I guess?

I think, I think, I think Bader got the shower today, so, um- We'll save it for another day.

Yeah.

I'm save We'll save it for another day.

Maybe I'll have the, the big hit tomorrow hopefully.

So.

Just, just look over your shoulder when you're doing the on-field interview.

Yeah.

That Well, no word on- I, I'll embrace it.

I'm ready for it.

I'm ready for it.

Awesome.

Awesome.

Well, congrats ag- again, Bryce.

Thank you so much.

Thanks for having me.
