That had to feel pretty good, didn't it?
Yeah.
Yeah, it was a good day.
good day for everyone.
You know, everyone got a little taste of action.
Jonah Cox with his first career hit, Jesus coming in and hitting a bomb, so that was, that was really cool, and I'm just very grateful we had a, a big day, and definitely something to build off of.
You know, and I'm glad you mentioned Jonah, 'cause I think, Bryce, you're the only player on this current big league roster who's ever actually played with Jonah before, so he knows you.
You know the feeling.
It wasn't that long ago for you to have your first big league moment.
That was, that was cool to see.
Yeah.
Yeah, for sure.
And, I mean, I was, I was telling him, I probably would be more nervous in my first big league at-bat facing a position player than I would a actual pitcher.
Yeah.
There's a lot of pressure there.
It's kind of a lose-lose in, in the batter's eyes.
So I'm, I'm glad he got a hit out of it, and I'm happy to see him here.
He's a great guy and great teammate, great player.
So he was, he was a lot of my RBIs in Single-A, so I'm looking forward to playing with him more.
Yeah, he can fly around the bases.
We got to see that.
It's pretty exciting.
You're right, that's a great point.
It's nerve-wracking to face a position player.
He had a good two-strike battle.
So Bryce, Dave said he told you before you might like Coors Field.
You got your first series here at Coors Field.
How did it feel, and do you like Coor- playing here?
Yeah, I love it.
It's a beautiful park.
you know, it's a little tough to breathe out here.
I had a few doubles, thankfully, so I was kinda getting my oxygen in in the dugout afterwards.
So, I enjoyed it.
beautiful place, like I said, and a good place to hit.
So, definitely, definitely feel like I got some momentum going, and gonna keep trying to keep pushing forward, keep, keep hitting the ball hard.
Those cans of oxygen, those are huge, huh?
Yeah.
Yeah.
You d- you don't think it's- You tap in that serious until you get here and you run around a little bit.
You definitely can feel it in your chest a little bit.
Well, you look like a confident, hitter, that's for sure.
