Coach: 'More unpredictable' Brunno Ferreira will neutralize Ikram Aliskerov

Coach Andre "Dida" outlined preparations and training updates around upcoming events, emphasizing opponent changes and athlete readiness. He said Brunno Ferreira, nicknamed "Hulk," had already prepared for Ikram Aliskerov before their canceled UFC 318 bout and now targets UFC Baku. Dida discussed Brunno Ferreira vs Ikram Aliskerov strategy and referenced Alex Pereira vs Ciryl Gane, saying Pereira's heavyweight loss matched his pre-fight concerns. He noted Aliskerov withdrew with a foot injury days before UFC 318, and Ferreira then submitted Jackson McKey in the first round. Dida praised the host city, saying "Baku breathes fighting," and described Ferreira as unpredictable with knockout power. He added he is training Maurício Rua for a boxing match against Glover Teixeira at Spaten Fight Night 3 in August.
