Let's take a look at the early DraftKings Defensive Rookie of the Year odds.
David Bailey's the favorite, but not by much, because Hurricane Bain, who fell to the 15th overall pick right behind him, Arvelle Reese and Sunny Stiles not far down the board.
This is actually about as even of as a board as you could see.
Yeah, it, it definitely is.
I mean, I certainly can understand all the top five guys there being in that conversation.
Top six, I mean, Monsour Akeem Mesador, damn, top seven.
'Cause they'll all play a lot.
If there's one that really I would go I, I could see some value and just, like, a little bit down, is the Malachi Lawrence.
That's the one I look at.
Right.
Because I just go, one, he's a really gifted pass rusher.
That's why I got him, that he's going to start.
Nick Saban, of course, thought it was a reach because, again, this is where we have to start, stop looking at a guy through the prism of how we play or coach or what.
Like, they don't care about necessarily maybe some of the, the defensive run game stuff.
They're like, "We'll work on that.
We just want him-" Yeah "to rush the passer right now."
And with that team and some of the other people he's got around him, I could see him, you know, being a force here as a rookie, right off the bat.
