Is frustration growing around Dodgers' Kyle Tucker?

Never wanted him in the first place.

yeah, it's, it's been a tough go for Tucker.
He's had some good points, had some bad points.
Hitting 095 over his last five.
What do we got?
211 over the last 10, 248 over the last 30.
Again, well, I mean, Tucker had some opportunities to drive in a couple of guys.
I don't put this game all on Kyle Tucker, but at some point, you know, the, the, the cost of Kyle Tucker, his price tag makes it where the expectations are that he is going to be a run producer down in the lineup, middle of the lineup, I should say, and he just hasn't done it.
Yeah, a- and, you know, I don't know how much you let the price tag affect the expectations.
Expectations are something we can control in ourselves.
Um- Yeah you shouldn't expect him to play like a $60 million player because $60 million players do not exi- exist, especially $60 million one-way players.
It, it's, you know, he's not going to be that.
He should be playing a lot better than he is.
He and Mookie Betts both looked like they were turning things around, and the last few weeks they both look like they have, re-forgotten how to hit, which is frustrating.
I'm not giving up on Tucker.
I do believe that he has too much talent to be bad forever.
But yeah, I mean, it's, it's definitely frustrating right now with him, with Mookie Betts, with, I, honestly with most of the team tonight.
Uh- Yeah it, it, it was But also, in the first game, everybody hit well.
You know, I think Mookie was the only guy really who didn't hit at all.
I think he even walked late in the game, i- in that first game.
So, you know, these games happen, and they probably happen more often in the second game of a double header after you score eight runs in the first game.
They probably I don't have any scientific backing for that statement, but- you know, it kind of feels like there's a reason.
It is hard to sweep a double header.
Uh- Yeah and, and so th- th- these, these games happen and yeah.
But yeah, Kyle Tucker needs to hit better, absolutely.
But he's never gonna hit like $60 million player.
So- Yeah adjust those expectations, but he needs to contribute.
