Judge, Stanton Lead Yankees Past Giants
While Aaron Judge, Giancarlo Stanton hit homers, Cam Schlittler was on his 'A' game as New York Yankees shut down San Francisco Giants.

I'm Joe Rotley with Giants Roundtable for Roundtable Sports.
On Friday, the New York Yankees scored their second win of the season.
They shut out the San Francisco Giants three-nothing, and the Giants have yet to score a run this season, and they were held to one hit.
That's not the really great start they wanted to get off to for Giants manager Tony Vitello, but they'll have a chance to get things right on Saturday.
But on Friday, Robbie Ray was really good early on for the Giants until the fifth inning when Judge hit a home run to left field to get the Yankees on the board.
Then Jose Budu came in in relief, and Giancarlo Stanton hit a solo shot also over the left field wall to put the Yankees up three-nothing.
At that point, that was pretty much the game right there.
The Giants were not able to penetrate and get anything going offensively off the Yankees' camp Schlitter, and the Yankees relievers that followed just kept the Yankees-- or the Giants bats in check.
So on Saturday, the Yankees and the Giants will wrap up the three-game series, a rare closing day on Saturday, but it's kind of the way the schedule works with both teams playing Wednesday night.
And Will Warren will take the mound for the Yankees against Tyler Miley for the Giants.
So the Giants have some work to do.
They need to accomplish t-- a couple of goals.
One, get win number one, and two, score run number one for the twenty twenty-six Major League Baseball season.
It's, it's still early in the season, obviously just two games, but not being able to crack a, a run on the board in two games is, it can be mentally sometimes defeating in a sense.
But Vitello probably will have the Giants mindset, you know, straight.
It's early, you know, make adjustments.
They'll d-do what they can to get some things going on Saturday, and that game will be, first pitch is seven:fifteen PM Eastern, four:fifteen PM Pacific Time, and the game will be shown on Fox.
So on Friday once again, the Yankees defeat the Giants three-nothing, and the final game of the three-game series is on Saturday.
