We're putting together your training camp plan specifically for Mendoza.

How, how do you put together something definitive and knowing that you have to adjust during the camp?

Uh, yeah, you, there, you know, we get the off day, so it's a good, we can reflect after 3 days, but we have a starting point on, you know, where those reps want to be for the guys.

I know, we're really thoughtful about, um, how many reps each guy is getting against what's the defense.

You know, there's, there's gonna be times where, where it moves and certain guys are with the 2s, certain guys with the 3s, I'll get the 2nd guy with the 1s.

Uh, we have an early on plan, but it's always a moving target.

Clint, at the owners' meetings when we asked you about kind of your foundational, you said you wanted to talk to the team before you told us, and first day of training camp, what is a foundational truth for every practice and building a regime for Clint Kubiak?

Yeah, you know, team-first approach is the number one thing that we're gonna talk about.

We talked about it all offseason, um, but, you know, removing the word I from our verbiage as much as possible and thinking about the team, uh, how we can make the team better, players, coaches, administrators, and just, uh, you know, trying to keep, keep the eye out of the building as much as possible.

Before the season, you know, before you left off, uh, the offseason, you said that you can ruin the offseason in 40 days.

You know, with that being said, you know, how much effort and emphasis have you noticed from your team coming back in and also what were some things that you believe you did for yourself personally that got you Mitchell prepared to come back in this building?

Yeah, I guess we'll find out tomorrow at practice, you know, how, how those guys spent their time, just left that conditioning test.

Guys did a great job there, but, you know, playing football is a whole lot different than running, uh, 60 yards.

So, you know, let, let's find out who the most self-motivated people were.
