Top notch.

Um, it's, it's just really important that come game one, that our players are doing what they do best on game day.

So identifying their strengths and putting them in a position to make plays on game day.

So we're not, um, you know, we're not asking guys to do something that they can't do really well.

So that's how we identify those strengths is really important to us as coaches.

Coach Nomar Daniel Carlson, AJ said it was kind of fun to have rookies in camp.

What does that look like to you so far?

Uh, you mean just having as many rookies as we do have as part of a group of kickers, like rookie kickers kind of hanging out, yeah, well, just having competition is always good at the snapper position, you know, at the kicker position, uh, competition, um, is great for the whole team.

Um, so, you know, I look forward to watching those guys compete and making each other better.

As you prepared to enter your first training camp as a head coach , is there anybody that you leaned on or anybody that you took advice from in developing your plan?

Uh, yeah, the guys that we hired, you know, we, we have a veteran staff.

We got some mix of youth, but, um, just being, being in constant contact with all of our coaches and making sure we're on the same page, but, uh, You know, Mike McCoy is the, is the assistant head coach.

Joe De Camila, many years of experience.

Rick Dennison, uh, many years of experience.

Those are guys that I lean on every day.

You are, your coaching style, you embrace the grind.

You like that.
