Maybe I'm wrong when I go watch the tape, but that's a special front, that, you know, I'm glad we got the reps against them.

Clint, your offense is timing-based, and I think it was period 10 where Fernando had that interception , but it appeared because he threw it before the receiver broke that that was maybe a receiver running a wrong route.

Did I read that right?

You know, anytime, anytime there's an interception, it's a quarterback's fault, no matter, no matter what happens.

So, I thought he had a really good practice.

You can't turn the ball over to the red zone, so it's another , another lesson learned.

What do you make of the way that he rose to the challenge, kind of getting his first reps with the, the ones, uh, offensive line extensively and going up against this defense?

Yeah, I wanted to see him, you know, going against the Texans once.

Um, that was our plan all along.

I thought he did some good things.

Look forward to watching the tape.

But just because he and his teammates, all these young guys that were playing, we got to get them up to speed real quick.

What did you feel about the work that the team put in overall today?

Yeah, I really got to see one side of it, so I look forward to going and watching the defensive side.

But, you know, overall with joint practices, the main thing is you're just trying to get working and get each other better without turning into a fight and a melee.

So I thought our guys were very mature.

You know, I think there maybe was a dust up one time on the other side.

Um, but it's a practice.

It's week 4 training camp.

It's about getting the team better and so I'd say overall I was, I was pleased with that.

You guys wanted to stress your offensive line, and you couldn't have picked a better team than the Houston Texans to do that.

How do you feel like the offensive line stood up today?

Um, you know, I think, uh, I think we can get better.

You know, I didn't feel like we, we had a great day running the ball.

Maybe I'm wrong when I go watch the tape, but that's, that's a special front, um, that, you know, I'm glad we got the reps against them and get to do it again on Thursday night.

Pass blocking.

Same thing, you know, I, he'll go see the, go see the film, but, you know, our offensive line has done a great job of gelling to this point.

Uh, we all know that we're not anywhere near where we want to be.

We got to keep getting better.
