Year or two for you now in the system to see about maybe the leadership role you're starting to assume is is one.
Uh, you know, I feel very honored, you know, to be in a position.
I mean, I have guys looking up to me, you know, uh, I feel like I do the right thing, so it feels good that guys look at me when, you know, the right thing needs to be done, um, so I just wanna be able to be hold myself to the standard, so then, you know, I can help other dudes hold themselves to the standard, you know, that's where it starts.
If I can't do it within, you know, I can't ask anyone else to do it if I'm not doing the right things, doing the things I need to be doing, and, uh.
I'm just, you know, blessed to be able to bring the young guys along.
It's awesome to see dudes that go out there, you know, maybe the first day is a little bit difficult, but then, you know, gradually as the days go on, you know, you get more reps, more opportunity, seeing them like figure it out, and, you know, it, it clicks, and you know that's a great feeling, you know, just to be able to watch somebody, you know, they put in work and it's like at first it seems like maybe, you know, it's not gonna work out, but then you keep going at it, you keep going, you keep going, and then when it clicks it's like, OK, I could do this.
