Refund Information for Summer Learning Opportunities
Refunds Due to Withdrawing
Refund requests must be submitted online by the program’s refund deadline.
Adding Students to the online Family Account
To add students to the parent or guardian account:
- Log in to your online account .
- Click the My Profilebutton.
- Click Edit Profile.
- Click Add Student.
- Enter the student’s information.
- Click Save and Continue.
Refunds can then be requested by clicking Request Refund.
Refund cut-off dates may change if program dates are altered.
Program Deadlines and Information
On-Time Refund Request
FCPS will process a full refund if the request is received by 11:59 p.m. on June 12, 2026.
Late Refund Request
No late refund requests will be accepted.

For most Online Campus courses refund requests received between June 24, 2026 and before 11:59 p.m. on June 25, 2026 will be assessed a late cancellation fee of $25. No refund requests received after 11:59 p.m. on June 25, 2026 will be approved for these courses.
