Committee Charge

The Governance Committee supports the Board's work as defined in the Strategic Governance Manual , and as follows:

  1. defines governing values and process recommendations for Board action;
  2. supports Board work and self-assessments;
  3. monitors a current one-year calendar of Board work to include Board governing principles and commitments, and Board development topics; and
  4. reviews and recommends to the Board proposed modifications to the manual.
