Helping Employees Stay Healthy
The Employee Wellness Program provides all FCPS staff with wellness resources to improve their overall wellbeing, more specifically, their physical, mental/emotional, social, financial, and purposeful wellbeing.

Wellness programs can benefit you by helping you improve your health and well-being while also reducing healthcare costs. The FCPS Wellness Team has partnered with our health plan vendors to provide you with an updated Wellness Incentive Program designed to support and reward your wellness efforts. All you need to do is engage in some smart preventive healthcare measures!
Beginning January 2026, Employees benefited with Fairfax County Public Schools, either with CareFirst or Kaiser Permanente, are eligible to earn $100 (tax-imputed) for completing their RealAge Test and a biometric health screening.
Both activities must be completed by November 30, 2026, to earn monies that can be spent on gift cards or merchandise of your choice. The incentive reward must be redeemed by December 15, 2027, or you will forfeit it.
You can view your health plan's wellness incentive details, including instructions for getting started, on the Employee Wellness Incentives Program Atlas page.
