Internet translation
The lesson of yesterday's English conversation was the worst. I was with a guy whose English was fluent, but I couldn't follow him because he talked too fast in a small voice. Though instructer was following him firmly.The theme of the lesson that related to work did not suit me either.I couldn't speak English as usual. I went to the English conversation school today, too.The instructer was the same as yesterday. But, the lesson was lucky man-to-man this time. The theme was "about eating habits and nutrition." The theme was no problem, so my English was OK.In the end of the lesson I said I've been writing diary in English and open it to the public with Blog. On the other hand, He said Internet translation is NOT good.Shock!Now I writing this diary useing Internet translation. Without useing Internet translation, it take very long time towrite it.

Going to Germany and Abstinence
I will go to Germany in one week. So, today I bought a German introduction and I studied German for about one hour by using the book.It is easy for me to understand because I have done German ahead once. I thought that I had to prepare it firmly to enter a German school, and so as not to become a panic.My staying away from alcohol plan is going well.I have been cutting sake at intervals of a day. I stay away from drinking on the odd numbered day and drink on the even numbered day.I didn't drink today. It's a day of the fourth. I got home and took one point.My physical condition has improved terribly thanks to abstinence.

The third times
I successfully stayed away from drinking today. It is a day of the third times.It is a third if I say by baseball. It is not perfect unless I get home after all.I almost compromised, but I managed to get it over today.Is it a favor of the cartoon drawn last Sunday?

Success
I succeeded in staying away from drinking today.I think I have less stress than twelve years ago when I had been indicated that my blood sugar was high for the first time.So,I feel it easy to stay away from alcohol now.

A failure
I was a loser.I drank tonight because I couldn't overcome temptation.Actually, I have a subjective symptom of diabetes a little bit.Recently, I come to want to urinate soon after I urinated.I'll never drink tomorrow.

Never Drink!!
I drew this cartoon to strengthen the decision of staying away from sake.I've already written that my blood sugar value exceeded the normal one.(normal value when in hungry:65～109,my value:113)I wouldn't like to be diabetes.So, I'll stop drinking alcohol from today.I want to be going to receive the thorough examination next month, and to pass by a normal value.

The result of the periodic health check-up
The result of the periodic health check-up was passed today. My blood sugar level exceeded the normal value again,and I was indicated that I should receive the thorough examination.About ten years ago my blood sugar level was high,so I passed to the hospital and received the health guidance. I was said that I would abstain from sake at that time.Recently, I thought that my health had recovered,and I've been drinking every night.I'm shocked to hear the result of health check-up a little bit.I think I should not eat the rice after drinking, and I will sometimes jog with my pet dog.

Review of German conversation
Today's "German conversation" of NHK TV was a review that had been learned up to now. In the beginning of the program, the subject that basic sentences have to be translated into German from Japanese was taken out.I didn't make it so well.So, I thought I ought to have learned these basic sentences harder.Basic sentences:1.Wann fängt die Vorstellung an?(What time does the show start?)2.Gibt es noch Karten für heute?(Is there still today's ticket?)3.Können Sie das bitte aufschreiben?(Could you write it?)4.Wo kann man hier gut essen?(Where around here can a delicious meal be done?)

Today's lesson
In the lesson of the English conversation school of today the attendants were a student of Department of Medicine and me. The theme of the lesson was "Expressing concerns about society." In the beginning, the instructr told us to have a discussion about concerns about society, and I spoke of the declining birthrate and a growing proportion of elderly people of Japan. Japan is advancing in declining birthrate and a growing proportion of elderly people in the world according to the newspaper that I read today. I think that the cause might exist also in a Japanese lifestyle. So I said that the Japanese working style like so-called workaholic might be related to the falling birthrate, though it is certain that the woman's social advancement is in the basis. I think that I was able to speak considerably in English even leaving aside the truth of saying. Confidence occurred to me a little bit.
