フレッドさんによるテイスティングノート :

Nose: Rich and distinctly sherried, darkly fruited and spiced, with vanilla fudge

Palate: Shows early Christmas cake style – full of syrup, barley and sultanas

Finish: Malted with muscovado sugar and nuts – plus grapes and cereal throughout (FHL)

香り：リッチではっきりとしたシェリー香、ダークフルーツとスパイスにバニラファッジ。

味わい：すこし早いクリスマスケーキのよう。たっぷりのシロップ、大麦、サルタナ。

フィニッシュ：マスコバド糖とナッツをまとったモルト、その奥にブドウとシリアルが色を添える。

「真夜中」の名前をとった特別なオールドパティキュラー。一目で真夜中を思わせる漆黒のラベルに、「ミッドナイト」にふさわしいイラストをかかげ、シェリー樽の影響をしっかり受け継いだダークカラーとリッチなフレーバーに仕上がりました。※四半期に一度のペースでシェリー熟成しばりでリリース出していきたいとのこと
