映画 『THIS IS IT』 「Earth Song」
映画では、ﾘﾊｰｻﾙ中の楽曲に対訳字幕が出ていませんでしたよね？

ﾌｧﾝの方なら、ﾏｲｹﾙの曲の歌詞内容も熟知されていて、
字幕がなくて音楽とﾏｲｹﾙの映像だけで充分満喫できると思いますが。
（字幕、邪魔!!って方もいらっしゃると思いますし）

でも、ﾏｲｹﾙの曲あまり知らないけど、「話題だから映画観てみよう」とか
「MJのｱﾙﾊﾞﾑなんて持ってないよ・・」って方、既にそんな感じでご覧になってきた方は、
ﾘﾊｰｻﾙ中の音楽に字幕がついていない点いかがだったでしょうか? 

そこ、ちょっと気になったんです。

何を歌ってるのか意味が分らなくても、曲の美しさや素晴らしさは、
ﾒﾛﾃﾞｨｰとﾏｲｹﾙの美声と素晴らしいﾀﾞﾝｽによって伝わって
ﾏｲｹﾙの世界には惹き込まれると思いますが

歌の内容が分っていた方がより深く胸に響く楽曲 も多々あります。

その1つがこのEarth Songだったりします。
（とｱﾀｼは勝手に思ってます。）

映画の中で、ﾅﾚｰｼｮﾝとしてﾏｲｹﾙがこの曲を書いた理由を語っており、
語りが字幕で出ていたし、映像でも訴えたいことはｲﾒｰｼﾞできるとは思いますが
この曲が地球環境問題を始めとする社会問題に言及された内容だというのは、
映画をご覧になったﾌｧﾝでない方にも分っていただけたと思いますが、
ｱﾀｼ自身、この曲はとても好きなので、今回は映画に絡めて、せっかくなので対訳を～。
