ラミアブル・キュヴェ・レ・メレーヌ・ブラン・ド・ノワール［2004］

正にブラン・ド・ノワールらしい、複雑で豊かな味わいです。

豪速球のピノ・ノワールの味ですね。

泡も細かく、クリーミーで、酸のキレも良く、雑味が無いのにふくよかで、リッチなシャンパンです。

スッキリクッキリしているのに深みがあって複雑さがある。これは案外凄い事です。

香りは軽いライチとスモークの合わさった様な香りです。

今、一番好きなシャンパンです。

今年で8本目です。

The 2004 Brut Grand Cru Cuvee Les Meslaines emerges from a lieu-dit in Tours-sur-Marne planted with old-vine Pinot Noir. The wine reveals plenty of depth in a rich, textured expression of Pinot fruit. There is an attractive smokiness and spiciness that adds layers of complexity to the red fruit. The Meslaines needs some time to allow for the Pinot character to come through, but when it does, the wine is absolutely delicious. This is another highly recommended wine from Lamiable. I was quite impressed with the two wines I tasted from Lamiable, a grower based in Tours-sur-Marne, one of the lesser known Grand Cru villages in Champagne. These wines possess impeccable breed and tons of class.
