オレンジ制服ななちゃん | 花見 友紀 [pixiv]
1995（平成7）年から2008（平成20）年まで東武鉄道の駅員・乗務員が着用していたオレンジ色の制服を姫宮ななちゃんに着せてみた。
この制服を初めて見たのは、僕が小学生の時に東上線に乗った時だった。それまで見たことがない暖色系の制服に、驚きと珍しさを、幼いながらに感じていた。それから大学在学中に通学で東上線にお世話になった時まで、僕にとって一番馴染みがある東武鉄道の制服である。
正確な由来は知らないが、この色は100系「スペーシア」のカラーリングとして採用されているサニーコーラルオレンジに由来するものと思われ、後に50000系がこの制服に似たオレンジ色を採用する。
当時の鉄道職員の制服としては、ウグイス色の帝都高速度交通営団のものとともに、特徴的な明るい色の制服として、個人的に気に入っていた。それだけに、2008（平成20）年の現行の制服への変更は寂しいものだった。現行の制服も嫌いではないが、やはりこのオレンジ色の制服は、多くの声が寄せられたように、遠くからでも目立つうえに、一目見て東武鉄道の駅員・乗務員であると判別できると言えた。
I drew and painted Nana Himemiya wearing an old uniform for Tobu Railway's station staff and train crew from 1995 to 2008.
When I first saw this uniform was at a station on Tojo Line in my elementary school years. I was surprised at its warm colour. About 10 years later I used to see staffs and crews wearing it when I was a university student, using Tojo Line. It is my most memorable uniform on Tobu.
Though I don't know an accurate reason why the orange uniform was adopted, this colour seemed to derive from 100 Series "SPACIA", partly painted by "Sunny Coral Orange" . In addition, after the uniform introduced, 50000 Series also uses orange colour looking like the uniform's one.
It was one of my favourite railway uniforms because of its unique colour together with Teito Rapid Transit Authority's greenish-brown-coloured one. Therefore, I was disappointed at the change of uniform in 2008. I would like to say that the old one could be easily-distinguishable from a distance by its colour.
