この日、東上線は12:00前に運転再開することができたが、僕の予測どおり、西武池袋線・東京メトロ有楽町線・東京メトロ副都心線・東急東横線・横浜高速鉄道みなとみらい線にも影響が及んだ。
On the morning of January 29th, 7102F set of Tokyo Metro 7000 Series crashed into a motor vehicle at a crossing between Kami-fukuoka and Shingashi on Tobu Tojo Line, which made me go out earlier than usual to prevent my tardy due to a delay of the railways connecting to Tojo Line, such as Seibu Ikebukuro, Tokyo Metro Yurakucho, Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin, Tokyu Toyoko, and Yokohama Minatomirai Railway Lines. I could catch an earlier local train and transfer to a rapid train for Motomachi-chukagai at Shakujii-koen. The rapid train didn't stop because of red signal before reaching Nerima.
On that day Tojo Line restarted the train operation before 12:00, noon, but the effect of an delay spread toward the other 5 lines as I predicted.
