Leí un(a) MANGA.Se llama “Mi esposo es un extranjero”.Me gusta la MANGA mucho porque es muy divertido para leer!I read a MANGA.It is called “DAARIN WA GAIKOKU-JIN (My daring is a foreigner)”.It is a writer's own married life story. The writer is a Japanese girl and she is married with a foreigner. Her husband, Tony, loves to learn languages and think various things like universe or history. This is a story of the writer and Tony. She writes some funny stories which you can find it in an ordinary life. For example1. Cultural gapThe food they couldn't eat, even though they tried in their childhood.2. Tony's personalityHe is quite strict. He doesn't allow her to be called “SENSEI” by elder person even if it is a joke.3. LanguageWhat do you call “100 pigeons” in Japanese? 100 PA? 100 PATO?Things like that.I love this MANGA very much. I don't usually buy MANGA but I can't help but buying it! I read it three at the bookstore and I wanted to read it through. You can't finish reading it at the bookstore, right? After I had finished reading it, I talked about it to one of my friend in my office. She said she wanted to read it, and I lent it to her. Now, more than three co-workers have read it already. They all agree that Tony is a lovely person. He is cute!I'm sure they love each other very much and she has a good sense of humor. This is why girls love this MANGA, and we think Tony lovely.

Hay una muchacha que vende los accesorios delante de la estación.Ví a algunos persona de negocios allí por hoy en día.¿Desean hablar en inglés o charlar con ella?I see a girl who sells accessories in front of the station almost everyday. She is a foreigner.I usually see people like her in Shibuya or somewhere in Tokyo but haven't seen around in a suburb.I was a little bit worried because I hadn't seen anyone who stops to see in front of her shop. But lately, I saw some customers (?) there almost everyday. It's funny to see some NOT YOUNG SALARY MEN - office clerk - stop by in front of the shop. You see? These shops are for young people.I thought these SALARY MEN drank so much and tried to cheat her.I was wrong. They are trying to talk to her in English.I can't help but smiling to them. I guess some of them are forced to learn English at their office. Most of the big company in Japan forces their employee to learn English for their business. Some of them need some skills to be promoted. You can say English skills are necessary for Japanese business person.Actually, some of my friends and me want to improve their English communication skills. Even thought we don't have a chance to use it in our business situation.I think it is good for them to have a communication with foreigners. Perhaps it isn't a good idea for her, because they don't usually buy her products. (^^;)

Yo quiero mostrarles unos fotos de Shiisaa.Shiisaa (no sé como se escribe en alfabeto) es guarda de la casa en Okinawa.Es muy difícil para hacer un homepage. No sé cuantos meses necesito!I put some photos. This is my first trial, so I took too much time and still struggling to finish it.I haven’t finished it yet. Please bear with me some time.I’m planning to finish it by the end of this year!?Last week, some of my colleague and I talked about my future. One of them said she wanted me to establish a company. That’s really funny. You see? Somebody wants you to become a president of a company! And more than that, they let me know what this company will do.It will organize a Star wars theme park. The funniest of the entire concepts was the wedding ceremony. If you hold a wedding ceremony in this theme park, Darth Vader and Yoda will escort bride and bloom to a wedding party room!I said “If it is Mickey and Minny (?spell?), it’s OK, because they are cute. They will suit the nice and happy atmosphere. But Darth Vader and Yoda…”But they persuaded me that there were many people want this service. And they had already made one more special present for our customer! Lord Vader will cut your cake in two with his light saber!!!I laughed at hard when I heard this concept.I myself DO want to see it!!!Does anybody do this business for me??? (^o^)People’s imagination is wonderful, isn’t it?

Ví un concierto de Chage and Aska hoy.No llovió y pasé muy bien!Cantaron viejas canciones muchos y me gustólos.Una más buena cosa. Ganamos!!! El equipo argentino ganamos la medalla de oro!!!I went to see Chage and Aska's concert. It is their 25th anniversary this year so they played many old songs. Some of the songs I've never heard them play.I was so happy to hear “ATSUI OMOI”!I love this song very much, but it was written before I became a fan of them, so I've never heard them play in their concert.Every time at the end of their concert, I want to say to them “Thank you!”Whenever I go and see it, I'm quite contented, deeply moved, and forget every stress I have.It was an open-air concert. My friend and I was worried the weather. We knew the typhoon was approaching. The weather report told us the chance of rain was 70 or 80 percent. We hoped it wouldn't rain, but we knew we had a slightest chance. You can't believe it but it didn't rain during the concert!I wrote they are “HARE OTOKO (a man of fine weather?)”. They did it again! When they finished playing the last song, it started raining!Amazing! It must be one of the best days in my life.I had really good time listening Chage and Aska's concert, and the team Argentina won the gold medal in Olympic!!!While I came back home, I checked the result of the match.I jumped and cried out “YES!”, when I found out that they won the match!!!I wanted to see it on time, but they played when I was in the concert.I can't have them both (happiest time) at the same time, can I?

Uno de mis amigas me dijó que Chage y Aska son mis vidas. No pienso que son mis vidas, pero quiero ver y escuchar sus musicas.Creo que son uno del mejor músico en el mundo!I’ m going to go and see Chage and Aska’s concert tomorrow. They are my favorite musicians in the world!I’m not a good fan for them. I forget buying CDs or magazines, and watching TV program many times.Every time I forgot something about them, I ask myself “did I lose passion for them?”I usually answer “yes” to these questions. But when I listen to their music, I fell in love with their music again. That’s really funny.I can’t keep being obsessed by them, (because I got old?) I prefer to recognize the beauty of their music from time to time.I feel comfortable whenever I listen to their music.Their concert is quite fun to watch and hear. I love watching them singing and talking.Their talk is too funny and once in a while they laugh so hard and can't sing.I'm really looking forward to see their concert, but the trouble is the weather…Tomorrow won't seem to be a pretty good weather to hold a concert outside of the building. But still, I trust them. They are “HARE OTOKO”. Most of the time they hold a concert outside, it is a fine day or at least cloudy. They blew away a typhoon just before the concert last year, so I trust them to do the same this year!

Uno de mis colegas me dijo que me mira mejor.Otra colega me dijo que yo bronceé.Creo que no he sido enfermo todos los dias...We, Japanese, describe a person who looks pale “KAO IRO GA WARUI (the face of your colour is not good)” or “KAO GA AOI (the colour of your face is blue)”. You can say “KAO GA SHIROI (the colour of your face is white)” but it is natural to use “AOI”.Mind you, I don't recommend you to say “KAO GA WARUI” to your boss or person you don't know very well. That means “you are ugly”.Whenever I make mistakes, people stare at me without saying a word for a few second and burst out laughing. They know I couldn't pronounce it correctly. It happens quite frequently. (^^;)I got tanned because I stayed in Okinawa for a few days.Okinawa is a tropical island in Japan, as I wrote yesterday.I tried not to get tanned, because it is not good for my skin. But you can't get away from the sunshine there.I got tanned a little, but I'm quite satisfied with the result of my battle with the sunshine. One of my colleagues stared at me, like she found a new species, and said “you got sun tanned!”I've never noticed but people sometimes told me that I was pale.Other colleague said “you look healthier!”I should be appreciated with this comment, right?I took an English lesson today.Today's teacher let me know that the band “Journey” will come and hold a concert in Japan soon.Journey used to be one of my favorite bands. I had an odd feeling when I heard Mariah Carey sang “Open arms”.Most of my friends didn’t know the original song at that time, so nobody looked care about it. I remember I had a difficulty to get used to hearing it.Well, I won’t go and hear their song this time… I guess I won't…

No quería volver de Okinawa.Creo que todo el mundo conviene con mígo.Me alegro, porque el equipo argentino ganó el partido contra italia ayer!!!I’ve been away for four days.Where have I been?I was in paradise! The truth is I stayed in Okinawa.People keep asking me “Did you have a good time?”Why do they ask me the same question?I believe nobody can say that they had a worst time there. For me, Okinawa is a place to relax and forget usual life.I don’t swim, but I love hanging around beaches and watching sea.I always feel calm and peaceful, when I stay there. Some people say it is dull to see the sea, you must swim or enjoy marine sports, but I prefer seeing it.I stay at the beach, saw the sea and people, read a book, and write. What a wonderful world!I had to get back to the real life.I came back from Okinawa last night. But I was excited because team Argentina won yesterday.I thought I started watching the game from the second half, but it was the fist half.I didn’t notice it before the first half finished.I couldn’t sleep because I wanted to know the result! When I finished watching the game, it was almost 2 o’clock.I was extremely happy, but I didn’t want to think about the next day’s work.Happiness and sadness are twisted rope. It is a great Chinese proverb, isn’t it?

No tengo mucho que escribir hoy.Pasé un día general.Voy a viajar a Okinawa mañana!Sin duda que pasar muchisimo bien tiempo!I don’t have anything to write today.I got up, went to work, tried not to fall a sleep during the meeting, forgot to make a report, worked overtime for making it.The life of a ordinary Japanese office clerk! How about yesterday!?Was there anything worth writing?I was working as usual, and I heard hiss sounds.I wondered what it was, but I thought it wasn’t my business and I ignored it.After that the sound became bigger and bigger. I heard some of my colleague said, “we can’t handle it!”, “ask her”, “there is no choice” and so on.Then one of them called my name, and I had a really bad feeling about it.He said “could you - I hate hear my colleague start talking like this. They use this phrase when they ask me a nasty favor! - answer the phone?”I said why not?Just answer a phone. It is not big deal, you know? Finally, he said “it’s from a foreigner…”I sighed and talked myself “You can do it! Don’t be a panic!”Actually, that was an easy one. I asked his name, and who he wanted to speak. First, he said a name which I haven’t heard before, but I asked him a few question and I knew who he wanted to speak. When I finished the call, I found that I had been nervous. My hands were a little bit shaking and couldn’t breathe easily. But I wasn’t the only one who had been nervous. 5 or more colleagues didn’t make a sound while I was answering the phone. They too almost stop breathing!I didn’t know why I was so nervous, but probably this is the reason. I felt a heavy air from my back. I guess they were staring at my back. When I finished it, I was like a heroine. One of them talked me and said he would learn English and answer these phones by the end of this fiscal year!I couldn’t say anything but “Ganbatte! (Do your best!?)”This is so funny because my company sometimes sees as a foreign firm. But this is the truth! The road to a globalization is tough!

¿Cuál es su tipo de la sangre?Nosotoros - las japonesas – queremos hablar sobre de sus tipo de la sangre.Por ejemplo, su tipo de la sangre debe ser A!Which is your blood type? A, B, O or AB?We, Japanese usually ask this question for breaking the ice.The blood types tell us one’s typical profile.A Punctual, keeps oneself neat and clean, strictB Selfish, in one's own wayO Big‐hearted, roughAB Creative, has two sides of his / her characterIf you keep your desk clean or are always on time for the meeting, we firstly suspect your blood type is A.If you lead one meeting successfully, take less time than usual, your blood type must be B!Once my English friend asked me, “Why Japanese keep asking this private matter? Why Japanese knows their blood type? Not all of us – English - know it!”In my case, I was checked my blood when I was in elementary school. At that time, I knew my own blood type. After that, we started our social conversation (talking about our blood type!).Japanese girls also love fortune‐telling, and it is quite easy for using blood type. That’s why we create this unique culture!By the way, my friends usually think that I’m type A. Some of my colleagues believe I’m type B, especially after the meetings which I organized. That means I’m punctual, demanding, rough person. It doesn’t sounds good, does it?

Ví un partido de japon contra Argentina por la television.Megstaría ver el partido interesante, pero no pude verlo. No puedo decir el partido era divertido porque mis jugadores favoritos no vinieron a japon.I saw the match between Japan and Argentina today.I don’t have much to say.I wanted to see more exiting match, that’s all.Without Aimar, Ayala, Kily, Saviola, and Veron… It is like the night sky without stars, isn’t it? (^^;)I have my hair cut today. The hairdresser usually speaks to me, even if I bring books to read.I sometimes feel that it is a sin to read in a beauty parlor.I was reading “Star wars”, and he spoke to me as usual. He asked me what I was reading, so I replied I was reading a Sci-Fi novel.I just felt embarrassed to say the novel’s title.I supposed if I said its title, he thought I was a nerd.Or, I should say it. Maybe he doesn’t want to speak to a nerd!!!I highly respect his skills, but…I fed up with watching Judo.My father keeps watching Judo matches. There is much variety of sports in Olympic game, I believe! Why I can watch only Judo???I don’t want to keep complaining but I want to say one thing.I was totally disappointed when I heard Michael Owen contracted with Real Madrid.I couldn’t believe it.He was my favorite player in England but not now…So sad.

No tuvé que trabajar mucho hoy, porque estamos en el tiempo de vacationes!Pudé salir de mi oficina mas o menos a las 6 horas de la tarde!¡No podría creerlo!I like working during this OBON season. Many Japanese companies take a long summer holidays.Long holidays… It sometimes means a couple of days off in Japan.Anyway, it seems our clients are taking summer holidays these days, and I don’t have much to do in my office. There are fewer phone calls, so I can concentrate of my work, like checking some data or updating some of the manuals for my work.I’ve been working much more peaceful environment these days!I’ve kept my diary for 3 days. When I finished writing my diary last night, I came up a certain word. MIKKA BOUZUIt is described a person who can’t keep doing one thing at all.If you can’t keep your diary, you are or become “MIKKA BOUZU”.Then I wonder how it is called in English or Spanish.I looked it up in an internet dictionary. The results are followed as below.English three day monkSpanish Monk de tres díasHow wonderful the internet dictionary is!!! I love it!!!At least, I know BOUZU is called MONK in Spanish. (^o^)After that I looked it up in my PDA’s dictionary. It said as below.English a person with no perseveranceSpanish una persona sin perseverenciaThat’s much better, but unfortunately, not funny at all!!!

El equipo japon perdio anoche.Me pongo triste. No pude ver el partido de japon contra italia.Mi padre recordo el partido pero no creo que necesite verlo.I’m so sad because team Japan lost its game last night. My father videotaped the match but I don’t want to see it.Some of my co-worker seemed depressed today.I suppose they saw it on time, so they had a lack of sleep, and depressed because they lost their game.It means our team Japan lost the chance to play in the next qualification match. Now, I can concentrate on to cheer team Argentina!I talked to my boss about my blog page.I didn’t mean to promote my page, but after I let her know my site’s address, she forwarded it to some other colleague.Oh dear…I must keep updating this page somehow. Some of my colleague thought that I designed this page. I explained each of them that I didn’t do anything about it, and just wrote these diaries. It’s a little bit funny. If I can make this page myself, I’ll change my job immediately!!!I think I’ll have some difficulty in finding the topic to write.I suppose these thing is the typical our, Japanese, problem.I found it really difficult to talk to foreigners when I joined a party.I didn’t know what I should speak or talk to other people.I believe it is not the problem of one’s English fluency but cultural (or character’s?) stuff.I must start looking for things to write. (>o

El equipo Argentina ganaron!!!Estoy my disfrutado porque Saviola marcó un gol!Ellos podrán jugar en segunda parte de juego olímpico!Team Argentina won today! They will play the second qualification match!I hope they will won all of their matches and get gold medal!I really wanted to see Kily’s mid range shoot but I couldn’t.As a matter of fact, I don’t care so much now.Teves scored from Killy’s good pass!I’m pretty much sure Klly is one of the best player in the world! What about Team Japan? They will play against Italy tonight.I hope Tatsuya Tanaka will score at least one goal!I know it will be one of the toughest match for them, but still I want them to do their 100% best!Oh dear, I’ll have to work tomorrow. That’s the really natural thing to do for an office clerk. But don’t you think it is so depressing thing? I totally agree the word “Blue Monday”.Who invented this term?I’m sure he / she must be genius!OK, stop complaining! I must enjoy my work and make it much more enjoyable things to do!It depends on me and not anyone. I’ll do my best! I’m the only one who can control my feelings and my life as well.At least, I can talk to myself like that! That’s a kind of meditation, right!?

My first day of writing Weblog.I'm not sure I'll keep my diary but I talk to myself "I must start it, and then think!"Anyway, I must keep my diary in English to improve my fluency!!!Alright, what should I write today?I really care about the fire in Valencia now.Valencia is the home of Valencia club de futbol, my favorite football team!I hope it won’t hurt the people who live there.I was so sad that I knew Pablo Aimar wouldn’t come to Japan next week.I know he must be off because of the injury, but still disappointing.I hope he’ll be back as soon as possible.I want to see him playing football! He is the No. 1 football player in the world!!!I was looking forward to see the match of Japan and Argentina! But now, I know Aimar, Kily Gonzalez, Ayala, and Saviola won’t come. What will I see???I was planning to go and see this game, but I quit!I prefer to see it at home!OK, I finish here today.Hasta pronto!?
