平成23年度9月定例オフ会
関係各位平成23年度9月定例オフ会を開催します。現状報告と有志の情報提供、お互いに近況報告をおこないたいと思います。さらにソーシャルメデイアなどの各種ハイテク技術を活用した初期投資が低コストで始められる教育事業の提案も歓迎します。１．日時：平成23年9月24日（土）11:00-14:00２．場所：中華レストラン「天山」東京駅八重洲北口から徒歩2分（http://r.gnavi.co.jp/g093100/）３．参加費：2000円（サラダバー食べ放題コーヒー飲み放題、中華ランチ込み）４．話題：このフォーラムの活動について参考になる情報を提供されたい方はもちろん、歓迎ですが、特になくても、参加してみて何か情報交換できれば良いという軽い気持ちでも遠慮なくご参加ください。現在考えている話題は下記の通りです。時間がゆるす範囲で私の方から、下記の内容を紹介します。＜テクニカルコミュニケーションとは(11)＞Chapter8 Organizing Your InformationBasic Principles of Organizing Technical Information 184Basic Paterns of Organizing Information 186Introducing and Concluding the Body 206Revision Checklist 211Exercises 213Research Project 215CSE:Introducing a Document 215<その他>テクニカル・コミュニケーションの観点から見た先日の北米CMS/DITAコンファレンスの調査報告と議論前回はフリースケールの事例を報告しましたが、今回はCISCOでもDITAの採用と実用化への苦難の道があったという報告内容を紹介したい。そのテーマと概要は下記の通りです。Bumpy Road to True DITA Content ManagementGershon Joseph Cisco Systems, Inc.Jordan Jones Cisco Systems, Inc.Cisco’s first attempt at XML content management was rejected by key stakeholders at the POC stage. Our second attempt made it to production, but XML and DITA support were add-ons that the vendor failed to fully integrate. Our third attempt, a native XML solution that fully supports DITA, is now in production. We have completed content migration from our previous system, and are ramping up new user adoption. While we achieved ROI on our previous system, we are reaping much higher ROI with our current system.
