チキンジャンバラヤ

Oisixのチキンジャンバラヤです。ジャンバラヤは初めて作りました。調味料はトマトケチャップとカレー粉とコンソメを少し入れ、チリソースを混ぜて出来上がり。チキンは薄切りの蒸し鶏に小麦粉を付けてフライパンで焼いたものです。ご飯と一緒に炒めたのは、タマネギ、人参、パプリカです。美味しかった。スープは大根の薄切りと小松菜をごま油で炒め、中華スープで味つけました。ゴマの香りのする美味しいスープでした。

ナガサキアゲハ　キアゲハ

蜜を吸いに来た。羽の同じ部分が欠けているので、いつものナガサキアゲハです。先日も来た、日本最大のナガサキアゲハですが、その数日前より、少し体が大きくなっている感じがしました。キアゲハも来ました。キアゲハはナガサキアゲハより二回りほど小さい感じがします。生まれたばかりなのか、羽の傷はなく、鮮やかで美しいです。もっと小さいツマグロヒョウモンチョウも来ていました。これは百戦錬磨のようで、もう羽の鱗粉がはげ落ちて羽が透けていました。これらの大型の蝶に人気のこの紫色の花をグーグルレンズで調べました。

​ハイビスカスやタイタンビスカスは花も大きく立派ですが、葉も大きく葉巻虫の餌食になりやすいのですね。つぼみのうちに食われてしまった花が開きました。一回り小さく、傷ついています。消毒をしないといけないか。大きく元気な花を咲かせるためには消毒は欠かせないと思いますが、その近くに一緒に暮らしている、カマキリや蜘蛛、さらにそのエサたちもいなくなってしまう。Hibiscus and Titan biscus have large flowers and are magnificent, but they also have large leaves and are easily prey to cigar bugs. ふうてんのチビちゃんが来た　Chibi-chan has come.

雨の日が続いています。雨に打たれながらも、昨日は立派に開花したタイタンビスカス。今朝は、大変なことになっています。あっちこっちの葉が葉巻虫に巻かれているのです。葉の左側が巻かれています。これを取って見ると、この緑色の芋虫が葉巻虫です。うまく自分の体に葉を巻いて、安全に育っていきます。さらに、さらに、まさかの一大事。つぼみでも巻くのですね。　3つのつぼみがめちゃめちゃやられていました。雨の一夜の間に、こんなにやられてしまうとは！葉巻虫は芋虫にしては動きが早く驚くほど敏しょうです。仕事も早い！

ササグモ親子の行くへ　Where is the mother and child of the Lynx spider?

昨夜は強い雨が断続的に続いていたので、巣を出て行ったササグモの母親と子達がどうしているか心配で、心配で、朝、雨が小降りになった時に見に外に出ました。母親はすぐに菊鉢の葉の裏に居るのが見つかりました。それで、昨日からとっておいたハマキガの幼虫をやりました。さてさて子供はどこに行っているのか。居た居た！　同じ菊鉢の菊の葉に。見えました！小さい！　食べ物はあるかなあ。余りに小さいので、拡大しました。

夜中から強い雨が吹き付けたりしている中で、雨にも負けずにタイタンビスカスが今朝は2個咲いていました。2株目のピンクも咲きました。あれま、今写真を見て気づいた。ラミーカミキリが一番上の葉に乗っている。このカミキリムシの食欲は旺盛で、この大きな葉でも、新芽でもガンガン食べてしまう。2株目が最初の開花が1株目より遅れたのは、苗の時にかなりカミキリに葉を食われたからです。3株目はまだ咲かないのですが、それもこのカミキリムシのために、苗は大きく成長しても、つぼみが付かない、という害が発生しています。しかし、なるたけ殺虫剤は使ってません。今はかわいい蜘蛛の赤ちゃん、カマキリの赤ちゃんがこれらの害虫を食べてくれているので、害虫も大事な食糧です。

ツマグロヒョウモンチョウがサナギになった。Argyreus hyperbius was turning into pupa.

今朝、ツマグロヒョウモンチョウの幼虫が、サナギになるところでした。体の後ろをすでにパンジーの枯れている茎に着けて、ぶら下がっていました。この幼虫は、すでにこの3日間はパンジーの葉を食べつくして、ほとんど食べるものがない状態でした。しかし、栄養不良状態でも、時が来ると自然にサナギになるのですね。大きさも小ぶりです。This morning, the larvae of the Argyreus hyperbius was turning into pupa. 大きな蚊が止まっている。珍しいので写真に撮っておこう。と思うと何か様子が変。よく見ると、ガガンボは蜘蛛にくわえられていた。昨日見たこの緑色で前足が長ーい蜘蛛。また会えて嬉しかったが、こんなに大物も狙う小さな蜘蛛だった。　たぶん、カニグモ、ハナグモと呼ばれるものでしょう。A big mosquito has stopped. It's rare, so let's take a picture. 昨夜、ササグモ親子の様子を見に行くと、親は居ない、赤ちゃんたちもパラパラしか居なくなっていた。ここは、植木から、赤ちゃんにとってはかなりの距離がある。このマットの周りを探したが、親も赤ちゃんも見つからない。まさか、親が食べたのではないか。自分の子と獲物と区別が付くのか？？2日前の家族の様子　ベイビーは50匹以上は居るでしょう。I went to see the Lynx Spider's mother and child last night and they don't have one. 今日も頑張っているササグモのお母さんに、蚊をあげました。ピンセットに挟んで、ササグモからまだ距離があったので、油断をしていた瞬間に、カメラも追いつかない素早さで、蚊を捕られました。I gave a mosquito to the mother of a spider who is doing her best today. I put a mosquito in the tweezers. 焼きそばとトンカツ

今晩は焼きそばとトンカツ。トンカツは厚さが1.5ｃｍ以上ある。大飯ぐらいが居るからね。普通においしいと思う。Dinner is yakisoba and pork cutlet. The pork cutlet has a thickness of 1.5 cm or more. I think it's usually delicious.

のらのチビちゃんが今朝はかわいく写真に撮れました

今朝も私が外に出ると、どこからか、すぐに来て、お気に入りの段ボールで眠り始めました。その寝る直前に、「ちびちゃん」と呼んだ時、瞬間目を開けた状態が撮影できました。このチビちゃん、カメラを向けると横を向くか、目を閉じるかなのですが、今回かわいく撮れました。This morning, when I got out, Chibi-chan immediately came from somewhere and started sleeping on his favorite cardboard. 主人と私はお昼ご飯をしっかり食べたので、この照り焼きは長男のみです。鶏肉をレシピ通り焼くと照り焼きらしくしっかり光ったので、感動しました。味は、やや塩味が強いかな。たれをつけて焼きすぎたかも知れません。味加減は難しいです。ひじきは、市販のひじき煮に、玉ねぎの薄切りと砕いたクルミを混ぜて、レンジにかけただけです。量が増えて、風味が出ます。キャベツと人参の塩もみシーザーサラダ、トマトが付け合せです。When I cooked the chicken according to the recipe, it was shined well, so I was moved.The taste is a little salty. ササグモの親子 Lynx spider mother and baby

グリーンカレーは、二男が嫁のために作ったらしく、嫁が「とてもおいしかったあ」と感想を送ってくれたことがあったので、グリーンカレーって？？　いつか食べてみたい、と思っていました。オイシックスのレトルトのソースがあったので、鶏肉とシメジを入れて、作りました。ほんとだ、辛い！　異国の味！！それから、サラダほうれんそうとラディッシュ、ソーセージのシーザーサラダ。ドレッシング（マヨネーズ大１、牛乳大1/2、酢大1/2、塩一つまみ　こしょう適宜、お好みで粉チーズ）マヨネーズよりさっぱりして美味しいドレッシングです。串カツ（冷凍）これは頂き物で、とても美味しいです。写真は、主人の夕食の量で、極少量です。 The second son made the green curry for his wife, and she said, "It was very delicious."She sent me that impression, so what is green curry? ? 大磯照が崎海岸　アオバトの集団飛来地 Oiso Terugasaki coast Aobato's collective landing site

大磯照が崎海岸と言えば、小さな子供でも遊べる「磯」と言われる岩場です。友人から日野正平さんのサイクリング旅番組で、その照が崎海岸がアオバトの海水を飲む場になっている、という事を放送していた、と聞きました。大磯に４０年前に住んでいた私は全く知りませんでした。　調べると、１９９６年に神奈川県の天然記念物に指定されたそうです。２４年前からなのね。丹沢から来るアオバトなら、湘南海岸の長い海岸線の中でも、足場になるほどの岩場があるのは、照が崎なのかな。最初に飛来したアオバトは偉いなあ、なんて思いました。Oiso Terugasaki coast is a rocky place called "Iso" where even small children can play. トルコ桔梗の色が２色になりました。Turkish bellflower has two colors.

ピンクのトルコ桔梗の二輪目が咲きましたが、ピンクのはずが、白色でした。どういう事？　シクラメンでも、同じ株でピンクの花、白の花、ピンクと白の混ざった花、などが咲きますが、このトルコ桔梗の株も、２種類の色の花が咲くのですね。これから、どんな色割合になっていくのか、楽しみが増えました。The second wheel of the Turkish bellflower bloomed, but it should have been pink, but it was white. オイシックスの冷奴 Oisix cold tofu

オイシックスの冷奴のたれは、電子レンジを使って調理します。その方法は私にとって初めての方法です。家族の評判は良かった。レシピを紹介します。1週間に２０種類のメニューがあるそうですが、副菜の方が、想定外のレシピがありそうです。Oisix cold tofu sauce is cooked in the microwave. That is the first way for me. 今晩は、Ｏｉｓｉｘの夕飯です。ビビンバ丼　大根やセロリのソイマヨネーズサラダ韓国風スープBibimbap bowlSoy mayonnaise salad of radish and celeryKorean style soup今までに、使ったことがない、めったに使わない食材が多く、マンネリ化した食事作りから変化を付けようと、しばらくオイシックスのレシピを習おうと思います。Oisix has many ingredients that I have never used or seldom use. I'll learn Oisix recipes for a while.参考になった事ソイマヨネーズ　これには卵は入っていないで、豆乳を使っている。ラデシッシュはほとんど使用した事がないが、色がきれいでなおかつ美味しい。ラディッシュと大根は袋に入れて塩でもんで使う。ビビンバの材料には、にらが入っている。今までは緑の食材を２種類入れることはしてこなかったが、小松菜も入れるとそれぞれがとても美味しい。豆板醤は各人の好みに合わせて、食べる時に好きな量を入れて混ぜる。スープには中華スープに味海苔を入れた。ざっと書いても、これだけの普段はやらない事が出来ました。

早朝、幼虫は元気かな、と　ほとんど枯れてしまっているパンジーの中を探すと、居た居た！　でも何か、幼虫はいつもと違ういやに大きなうんこをくっつけている。　どうしたんだろう？　あ、そうだ、これは脱皮して、脱いだ皮だ！　幼虫は元気に大きくなっていた。In the early morning,  I looked for it in the pansy. レジ袋の有料化　Charge for shopping bags

３男が４月から一人暮らしを始めた。彼はためたレジ袋を持って帰ってくる。２回目だから、約１か月分になるのか。ものすごい量。ほとんどがおにぎりが２個くらい入るような超小さい袋。　うちは猫の下の始末に使用出来て助かる。でも、７月からはレジ袋は有料になっているので、こうは行かないだろう。猫の汚物や生ごみは、レジ袋が無くなったら、どう始末すればよいのだろうか。The third man started living alone in April. スズメバチをも襲うというシオヤアブがフェンスの上で、コガネムシをがっちり捕まえ、体液を吸っていた。スミレに居た蝶の幼虫を持って行ったのは、アシナガバチではなく、このシオヤアブの可能性も出てきた。今、２匹の幼虫が居るので、何とか守ってやらねばならない。On the fence, Shioyaab(horse fly)　caught the scarab beetle and was sucking in body fluids. It was not the paper wasps that brought the butterfly larvae in the violets, but the possibility of this Shioyabu. I have two larvae now, so I have to somehow protect them.

大磯の銘菓　花吹雪　Oiso's famous confection Hanahubuki

私の故郷である大磯の知人が、大磯の船橋屋さんの銘菓　花吹雪を送ってくれました。もう、大磯には家族も家も何もなくなって、元気をなくしていた私の心に元気を入れていただきました。あれー？　船橋屋の花吹雪って、こんなにおいしかったかな。甘いお煎餅とピーナッツの塩気がマッチしています。An acquaintance of my hometown, Oiso, sent me a famous confection "Hanabuki" from Funabashiya in Oiso.Oiso no longer had any family or house, so I was encouraged by my feelings of being depressed.What? I wonder if the Hanafubuki at Funabashiya was so delicious. The sweet rice crackers and the saltiness of peanuts match.

昨年咲いた苗が１年枯れずに今年も咲きました。冬の間はかなり厳しく、苗が溶けてなくなるかと思いました。良く耐えて、育ってくれました。The seedlings that bloomed last year did not die for a year and bloomed again this year.During the winter it was quite tough and I thought the seedlings would melt and disappear.The seedling endured well and grew up.

７月８日　　ついに見ました。ラミーカミキリの交尾July 8Finally I saw a ramie beetle mating左の写真は６月２８日のラミーカミキリです。右の写真は７月７日のラミーカミキリです。羽の模様が少し違い、後の方は、お尻から管のような物が出ています。雄雌の違いなのか、子供と大人の違いなのか。調べてみます。The picture on the left is the LamyLong-horned beetle on June 28th.The picture on the right is a Lamy Long-horned beetle on July 7.The pattern of the wings is a little different, and in the back, something like a tube comes out from the buttocks.Is it the difference between males and females or the difference between children and adults? ナガコガネグモの赤ちゃんの毎日　　Baby of Argiope bruennichi spider every day

７月３日午前６時のナガコガネグモの赤ちゃん　レース状の蜘蛛の巣に感動しましたBaby of Argiope bruennichi spider at 6:00 am on July 3rd. 温暖化で関東でも見られるようになったナガサキアゲハ Nagasaki Swallowtail that has also existed in the Kanto area due to the effects of global warming

普通のアゲハチョウより一回り大きく見ごたえがある。羽の下の方にある斑紋が赤と黄色に輝いて美しいです。こんなところにも温暖化の影響があるなんて、驚きました。The Nagasaki Swallowtail looks larger than a normal swallowtail butterfly. The spots under the wings shine red and yellow and are beautiful. I was surprised that global warming could affect such places.

ナガコガネグモの赤ちゃん　Baby Argiope bruennichi

​​​​あらー、美しいレースが草に引っかかってるわー。レースに見えたのは蜘蛛の巣！　本当にきれい。写真に撮ってオンライン図鑑で名前を調べました。世の中にこんな多くの種類の蜘蛛がいるのか。これは探せるかなー。そんな中でこれかな！　と目に入ったのが、ナガコガネグモです。でも何か違う。でもたまたま少し下に画面を移動していくと、全くこの写真と同じ巣と蜘蛛が載っていた。　あー！　これだあ。説明は、これはナガコガネグモの幼体。へー、この蜘蛛は赤ちゃんなんだ。あー、困った。また成長を楽しむ楽しみが増えちゃった。こういう楽しみがあるから、落ち込むことも多いのよねー。この蜘蛛ちゃんと一緒に苦労しよう！​​​​​​Oh, beautiful lace is caught in the grass.The one that looked like a race was a spider web! 幼虫はアシナガバチに持って行かれた　　The larva was brought to the paper wasp

スミレ科の植物を食べて育つ「ツマグロヒョウモンチョウ」の幼虫です。針のように鋭いトゲトゲで恐ろしそうな姿ですが、意外とこの棘は軟らかく無害です。この幼虫がパンジーに５，６匹は居ました。先日見ると、その体が４分の１くらいしかなくなった無残な姿の幼虫が居ました。　どうしたんだろう？　鳥かカマキリにやられたか。　鳥だったら全部丸ごと持って行くだろう。カマキリはまだ小さくて、とてもこの大きな幼虫は食べられない。いったい誰が？？　そう思っていた２日後の今朝、何と幼虫は一匹も居なくなっていました。いったい誰が持って行ったのだろう。それとも散歩好きの幼虫だから、その辺に居るのか。などと考えていると、このパンジーをくまなく何かを探しているような動作をする者が来ました。　その者は・・・・　アシナガバチ！　そうだ、このアシナガバチに餌にされたのだ。　まあ、可哀そうなことをした、とは思うものの、アシナガバチも生きて行かねばならない。　うーん、弱肉強食の自然界の出来事でした。でも幼虫がみんな居なくなって、私はますます落ち込んでいます。It is a larva of the "Tsuna Fritillary" that grows by eating plants of the violet family. It has a sharp thorn like a needle and looks scary, but surprisingly, the spines are soft and harmless. There were 5 or 6 larvae in the pansies. When I saw the other day, there was a larva in a miserable form whose body was only about a quarter. It would happened to? Was it a bird or a mantis? If it were a bird, a bird would bring it all. The praying mantis is still small and it can't eat this big larva. Who on earth? ?  No larva was present this morning. Who brought them? Or is it a larva that likes walking, so is it around there? When I thought about it, there was a bee who behaved like looking for something all over this pansy. The bee was... paper wasp! Yes, larvae were fed by this paper wasp. Well, I think I did a poor thing for the larvae, but the paper wasps also have to live. Hmmm, it was an event in the natural world of weak and strong food. スズメを捕まえようと野良猫が猛ダッシュ　Stray cat furiously tries to catch sparrow

​​​​あー、スズメが２羽２階の屋根の樋から落ちてきた！！Oh, two sparrows fell from the gutter on the roof of the second floor!​​​​​​​隣の通路に落ちた、すかさずチビちゃんが飛んできた。The two sparrows fell into the next passage, and Chibi-chan ran straight away.​​​​​​二階の樋からカップルの雀が騒ぎながら落ちてきた。地面に落ちた２羽のスズメめがけて、チビちゃんが猛ダッシュ。残念ながら、か、スズメにとっては幸運にもうまく逃げられました。A couple of sparrows fell from the gutter on the second floor, making noise.Chibi-chan made a dash with two sparrows on the ground.Unfortunately, I was lucky enough for the sparrow to escape.​

桔梗 Bellflower

この桔梗は植えてから30年経ちました。昨年は花が咲かなくなっていました。諦めて別の植木鉢に植え替えました。そうしたら、この30年で一番たくさん花が咲きました。It has been 30 years since I planted this bellflower.Last year the flowers had stopped blooming. I gave up and replanted in another flower pot.Then, the most flowers have bloomed in the last 30 years.
