The Manual’s Health & Wellness Awards Are Open for Submissions
For years, The Manual has told readers which products actually work. Not which ones arrived in the nicest box, and not which brand bought the most media. Which ones held up after weeks of real use, and were still worth reaching for at the end.
Now we're bringing that same approach to health. Introducing The Manual Health & Wellness Awards 2026 , our first awards program dedicated to the products that help men sleep, train, recover, and feel better . And it's open to submissions.
Submissions open Friday, October 2, 2026. Winners publish Thursday, December 10, 2026.
What's Covered
The 2026 awards run to 66 awards across seven categories — Nutrition & Supplements, Fitness Equipment & Home Gym, Recovery, Wearables & Health Tech, Sleep, Mind & Mindfulness, and Activewear & Footwear.
That covers everything from protein powder and creatine to massage guns, smart rings, cooling mattress toppers and meditation apps. Activewear & Footwear alone has 21 awards, with dedicated slates for running and training shoes, apparel and gym accessories.
Wellness is one of the most crowded spaces on the shelf, and one of the hardest to judge from a label. That's exactly why we're testing it. From fitness and recovery gear to sleep, supplements, and everyday self-care, every product gets put through real-world use by our editors before it's considered.

Who can enter

Any health and wellness product available to US consumers, with no launch-date restriction

One entry per product. Bundles, flavor, size, and color variants each need their own entry

No limit on how many products a brand can enter
How to enter

Complete the submission form.It takes about ten minutes per product. You'll choose a category and a specific award, describe the product, and upload images.

Pay the entry fee.Payment is part of the form, and your entry isn't complete until it's paid.

Send your sample.You'll get a confirmation email with a packing slip and our shipping address. Samples must arrive by November 6, not just be postmarked by it.
