About Nordstrom

Nordstrom wasn't always the fashion stalwart we know now. It was founded as a single shoe store in 1901 in Seattle, expanding to a second location in 1923. It didn't start selling clothing until 1963 and added accessories, beauty and home goods in 1971. Today, there are around 90 stores nationwide, carrying affordable in-house brands like Zella and Open Edit; high-end designers like Chanel and Yves Saint Laurent; and coveted home brands like Le Creuset. Nordstrom Rack, a chain focusing on more budget-conscious shoppers, was launched as a clearance center in the Seattle store in 1973. Today, its 250-plus stores are a favorite destination of fashionistas looking for a bargain.

Return your Nordstrom item online by logging into your Nordstrom account or looking up your order number. Either print your own prepaid shipping label or show the provided QR code at eligible USPS or FedEx locations. You can also bring your return to any Nordstrom location to be processed. There is no deadline for returning your Nordstrom item.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Click the "Track Shipment" link in the email for up-to-date shipping and delivery information. You can also track your order by signing into your Nordstrom account or by entering in your order number and ZIP code.
Nordstrom offers free standard shipping to customers anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. You can choose two-day shipping for $12 or next-day shipping for $20.
Use your Nordstrom gift card in stores at the register or online before placing your order on the checkout page. Scroll down to the payment section and hit the button that says "Gift Card or Promo Code" and enter both the card number and access number. The balance will then be applied to your total.
You can apply for a Nordstrom credit card by visiting Nordstrom.com/becomecardmember or by visiting any Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack store. Applying for a Nordstrom credit card instantly enrolls you in The Nordy Club, Nordstrom's rewards program, whether or not your application is approved.
