As outdoor temperatures drop, a humidifier helps prevent dry skin, nose, and throat.

Our editor's favorite air wellness brand, Blueair, has deals on humidifiers up to 37% off.
Whether you live in a dry apartment, suffer from irritated sinuses, have allergies, or just value glowy, plump skin, a good humidifier is a total must-have.
As we head into fall and winter, air temperature and humidity levels are dropping, which saps moisture from your skin, board-certified dermatologist Shari Marchbein , MD previously told Women's Health . Investing in a humidifier helps keep moisture in the air and prevent the conditions that lead to dry skin, nose, airways, and throat.
If you suffer from fall allergies , dry air can aggravate symptoms by increasing congestion in your nose, a.k.a. that stuffiness, pressurized feeling. To keep your nasal passages and skin hydrated , it's especially helpful to sleep with a humidifier on overnight, when skin is doing its deepest restorative work.
Luckily, Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days saving event is happening now, and my favorite humidifier is on sale—right on time for fall weather to start creeping in.
Prime Big Deal Days officially runs from October 6-7, but plenty of discounts are already live. Right now, Blueair's InvisibleMist humidifier is on sale for 33 percent off. As a shopping editor, I test tons of home products, and my favorite brand in the air wellness space is Blueair due to it's sleek, Scandinavian designs, quiet performance, and construction quality that lasts.
The InvisibleMist is a mist-free evaporative humidifier, meaning it can deliver clean, balance moisture without stickiness, residue, or white dust. Plus, the anti-microbial filter traps pollutants before releasing moisture, and refills and cleaning is made easy with a top-fill and dishwasher-safe tank.
You can also pair all your Blueair tech to the corresponding app to monitor and adjust your ideal humidity level.
The deals are only going to get better—with discounts as steep as 50 percent off through October 7. But don't wait to shop as popular models tend to sell out quickly.
