Pet accessories can become permanent fixtures in a room, whether they match the furniture or not. Between baskets of toys , food bowls and that well-loved blanket on the couch, a pet's belongings can be just as noticeable as the decor you picked yourself.

That's why an everyday essential with a playful design is especially appealing. Instead of trying to hide it when company comes over, give it a spot of its own—especially when it looks more like a cheerful character than a standard cushion.

Pawsitively Fun! Bear Pet Bed, $20 at Five Below

Five Below's Pawsitively Fun! Bear Pet Bed takes that approach with a teddy-bear-inspired shape and a smiling face. Priced at $20, it offers a whimsical alternative to a plain pet bed without the premium price tag. Five Below describes the bed as soft, while coverage of the design highlights its bear-shaped construction.

A Teddy Bear With a Practical Purpose

The bear's arms do more than complete the character: they function as bolsters, giving a lounging pet somewhere to rest its head. The bed also has non-slip material on the bottom, a useful feature to look for when choosing a spot on a smooth floor. That does not guarantee it will stay completely stationary, but it adds a practical detail to the novelty design.

For styling, try placing it beside an armchair or near the sofa so your pet has a designated resting place close to the household activity. A nearby basket can keep toys together without the clutter.

The bear theme also makes a thoughtful gift for a pet-loving friend. Add a toy suited to the recipient's animal, and let the bed be the centerpiece instead of buying several unrelated accessories.

Check the Fit Before Bringing It Home

The product information doesn't include dimensions, so don't assume the bed will fit every breed or sleeping style. Check the measurements in person and consider whether your pet prefers curling up or stretching out before purchasing.

Five Below directs shoppers to check store availability and marks the item as unavailable for shipping, so confirm local stock before making a trip.

At $20, the appeal is straightforward: a functional pet essential with a characterful twist. For an appropriately sized pet, it could make an ordinary nap corner feel much cheerier.
