Amazon is offering some free cash, as the site's new Lego promotion gives you $20 in credit for every $100 purchase. The credit will be added to your account 30 days after your item ships, and the promotion applies only once per customer, per account. You won't have access to it in time for this week's Amazon Spring Sale, and you have until July 28to spend it. Most sets aren't on sale or are only slightly discounted, but there are some specials worth noting.

With the fine print out of the way, it's time to take a closer look at what's eligible for the promotion. Several licensed Lego sets are on sale, and if you're a Fortnite fan, there are lots to choose from. Sets like the Fortnite Battle Bus ($85), Peely & Sparkplug's Camp ($19), and the Supply Llama ($34) are popular options, thanks to their colorful designs and game-accurate presentation. If you have a young Fortnite fan at home, it might be worth picking up one of those kits, as Lego always makes for a great gift set.

On that topic, we'd also recommend grabbing a Super Mario set or two. With the Super Mario Galaxy Movie out soon, you can bet that demand for the Nintendo plumber will spike, and Amazon has three Lego Super Mario sets on offer as part of the free credit promotion. You can head to the races with the Wario & King Boo kart set ($41.49), chase after them with a combo of Baby Mario and Baby Luigi ($25.49), and the original Mario Kart set includes an interactive Mario figure ($46.74).

Another highlight is the selection of One Piece sets on sale. The second season of the live-action show recently set sail on Netflix, so now is a great time to stock up on sets like the Windmill Village Hut ($25), Buggy the Clown's Circus Tent ($45), and the Battle at Arlong Park ($80).

For more Lego, don't forget to check out this new set based on Belgium's finest export, Tintin. The new Tintin Moon Rocket kit launches on April 1, and another big Lego release coming soon is the Luigi and Mach 8 Kart set .
