Top 5 LEGO Marvel Sets to Add to Your Collection Before 2027

The Marvel Cinematic Universe was lackluster at best between 2021-24 when trying to establish Kang the Conqueror as its next 'big-bad' following Thanos's near decade-long vendetta against the Avengers.
However, with Spider-Man: Brand New Day earning over $2.5 billion at the global box office and Avengers: Doomsday topping $125 million in pre-sale tickets , it seems Marvel is back at the forefront of superhero media.
That MCU synergy has been brought to LEGO Marvel sets this year, with the aforementioned films leading to some exciting set releases. Here is a list of five sets that most certainly are worthy of a purchase if you're looking to get into LEGO Marvel, in no particular order.
Avengers: Doomsday New Avengers Tower (76352)
With Doomsday around the corner and audiences' first introduction to Doctor Doom in the MCU fast approaching, fans most certainly will want to get a hand on his minifigure.
While the Avengers: Doomsday Quinjet (76347) set is cheaper ($59.99) and features Doom along with James Marsden's Cyclops minifig, the New Avengers Tower is far more grandiose.
Priced at $109.99 for 954 pieces, which isn't all too shabby of a price per piece rate, this set has four exclusive figures: Yelena, Red Guardian, Human Torch, and Sentry. Along with them, you get Doctor Doom and Bucky Barnes.
The set's main feature is the New Avengers tower, which has a minimalist look, but for $110, getting any version of an Avengers tower seems like a bargain.
The set also connects to five other Doomsday sets, so die-hard collectors can create a scenic, panoramic view of any battle they wish to display.
Spider-Man vs. Mysterio: The Daily Bugle (76342)
While this isn't a set linked to Brand New Day, it is indeed a Spider-Man set. Priced at $99.99 , this set is a good option for collectors on a tighter budget who weren't able to get their hands on the Daily Bugle set 76178, which consisted of 25 minifigures and a whopping 3,772 pieces.
The minifigures in this Mysterio set are Spider-Man, Mysterio, J. Jonah Jameson, Spider-Gwen, Miles Morales, Rhino, and a Venomized Captain America.
It does have 781 pieces, which is also a fairly decent per-piece rate given its price.
The set consists of a four-story Bugle with playable features and can connect to other modular sets in the wave.
Epic Battle: Avengers: Doomsday (76348)
After nearly two decades of the MCU, fans will finally get a chance to witness X-Men characters in the universe. This also means LEGO Marvel fans will see X-Men characters sprouting up in sets for the movie.
This set revolves around Magneto, Nightcrawler, and Mystique fighting a Sentinel. Trailers have revealed that Doctor Doom has revived broken Sentinels to join his armada.
Thor, Mister Fantastic, and Doctor Doom are the other trio of minifigures in the set.
Priced at $99.99 , the set consists of 846 pieces.
Given that the set is based around building a massive figure, the playability for it increases quite a bit. This surely is one of the more fun sets Marvel has put out this year.
SHIELD Helicarrier (76354)
The definitive pocket-pincher of all of Marvel's LEGO sets this year, this Helicarrier combines the turbine-fixing set piece from 2012's Avengers movie and Captain America: The Winter Soldier's design choices to make an all-encompassing, 3,057-piece version.
The minifigures included are Captain America, Hawkeye, an exclusive Winter Soldier, Nick Fury, Maria Hill, and Agent Coulson.
It features a removable runway that leads to miniature scenes from the crew within the Heli, along with a tiny Quinjet that attaches to the set.
The kicker, of course, is the price. It costs $399.99 , which could be considered a massive investment.
Doctor Doom Bust (76345)
Doom fever is at an all-time high, and while characters like Spider-Man and Iron Man will stick around forever, fans may have to wait several years before they can get their hands on Doctor Doom sets.
This bust comes with a Doom minifigure, and the set contains 379 pieces. Priced at a reasonable $49.99 , the bust's neck and jaw can be repositioned.
It also comes with a fabric hood, and everybody knows soft goods are always better than going down the plastic route.
