I love LEGO sets that are ridiculously cute, especially when they involve animals. Give me a tiny plastic puppy, a miniature cat, or a hamster with an unnecessarily elaborate house, and suddenly I'm eight years old again. Except now I'm an adult who can buy whatever LEGO sets I want, which is both wonderful and financially dangerous.
And Walmart's LEGO Creator 3-in-1 Hamster Wheel might be one of the cutest little pet-themed sets I've seen. It comes with 416 pieces and lets kids build an adorable hamster playhouse, then take everything apart and rebuild it into a cat play area or a doghouse. THREE DIFFERENT PET SETUPS. And the little hamster has his own spinning wheel and slide, which is frankly more entertainment than my actual cats have.

The LEGO Creator 3-in-1 Hamster Wheel set (31155) is designed for ages 8 and up and includes three different building possibilities.
The hamster playhouse has a giant green spinning wheel, a red slide, and two adorable little hamsters. One can ride around in the wheel while the other waits at the bottom, presumably wondering when it's his turn.
Rebuild the set into a cat play area, and you get a posable kitty with moving ears and tail, a little rolling toy, and a dangling plaything.
Or turn it into a doghouse with a tiny dog who can roll down a ramp on wheels. Because apparently this dog has decided walking is for peasants.
