San Francisco Giants Cruise Past Los Angeles Dodgers in Spring Victory
Strong performances from Victor Bericoto, Willy Adames powered the San Francisco Giants past the Los Angeles Dodgers.

So taking a look at the San Francisco Giants and, you know, their win over the Los Angeles Dodgers, just taking a look at, you know, some of the more notable performances from this game was from Victor Bericoto, who would hit a grand slam.
and you know, this would really just, you know, give the Giants the momentum that they would need to, you know, beat the Dodgers.
and you know, really just looking at, you know, some of the other performances from this game, you know, in the first inning, you know, against Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Willie Adamas would, you know, start this game off with, you know, a solo shot homer.
And you know, really this is, you know, pretty, you know, good to see from the offense, you know, especially for Adamas in specific.
you know, he had really, you know, hadn't done too much, in the past few games that he had been, you know, making appearances in.
but you know, just to see him, you know, look good in this game, and you know, hit that homer off of Yamamoto, who is, you know, one of the best, you know, pitchers in the league, you know, that's pretty, you know, good to see from the Giants' perspective.
and you know, just taking a look at, you know, some of the other, you know, storylines for this game, certainly, you know, one of the more interesting notes is, you know, Daniel Sussek, who, you know, is competing with Eric Haase, for the Giants' backup catcher spot.
And you know, one, one thing that makes this ex-- you know, very notable, is, you know, the fact that, you know, he's getting pretty, pretty early starts in spring training.
and you know, that, that's, you know, pretty interesting to see.
just because, you know, in this game, you would see, Rafael Devers not make a start in this game.
he was ultimately scratched from the lineup.
But just to be able to see Sussek, you know, hit as good as he's been hitting, is, is certainly, you know, making, you know, him a very, you know, likely case for that backup spot.
obviously, you know, the Giants really don't have a clear backup catcher as of, as of right now.
and certainly just seeing that production from Sussek, who's just been able to hit the ball very, very good in the past few games, is, you know, something very noteworthy and something to definitely, you know, pay attention to, especially as spring training, you know, continues to roll along.
as I mentioned, you know, Rafael Devers was scratched from the lineup.
you know, that, that was just due to, you know, some tightness within his hamstring.
certainly, you know, not something to, you know, really be, too concerned about.
But you know, something that is, you know, likely, you know, probably going to get a little bit more attention is the fact that, Harrison Bader was pulled from this game in the first inning.
you know, he, he would swing, you know, and, and then just, ultimately run out the, the, the play to first.
but you know, it was a very, you know, awkward kinda swing.
you know, he, he would run and then, you know, he would, you know, look at his hand.
so he, he has been ruled for, a right hand-- or right thumb contusion.
so certainly, you know, it's very interesting to see, you know, how that's going to play out.
Obviously, you know, more updates are probably going to be, you know, put out in the, in the next coming days.
a-and you know, really just given a timeline as to, you know, what this injury might, how, how long that'll keep Bader out for.
But certainly something very interesting to keep note of.
a-and finally, you know, just taking a look at, you know, the starting, you know, pitching for the Giants, Robbie Ray would make the start for the Giants this, you know, past, this past game.
but something that is, you know, very interesting to note is the fact that, you know, last start that Robbie Ray made was, you know, against the Chicago Cubs.
And that was ultimately the game that, you know, would see the fire alarm pulled in the first inning.
Obviously, that was a very chaotic game.
So just being able to see, you know, Robbie Ray settle in, not really have too many distractions like that is something very, you know, good to see.
You know, obviously he was, you know, tagged for a run.
but you know, in, in spring training, you know, just be able to see, you know, that level of production from him, certainly, you know, is, is very good to see, especially, you know, from a very good Dodgers team.
but besides that, you know, there really wasn't a whole lot.
you know, the Dodger-- I mean, the, the Dodgers would take the loss in this game.
the Giants' offense was just very good, and you know, that, that's something, you know, to take note of.
You know, the Giants have been swinging very hot bats as of late.
and, and you know, just to be able to see that from, you know, the, the offensive perspective, you know, that, that's something very good, coming out of the Giants' camp so far.
