As the Mariners hit the much-needed off day on Monday, here's how things are looking on the health front.

you know, not how we wanted to end that, that long road trip.
but, you know, I think, you know, really they got the scoring going in that one inning and, and, you know, seemed like they were pretty aggressive on Emerson there in the, in that, in that inning, and able to get some balls through the holes.
And, you know, really put together quite an inning and, and, you know, just weren't able to bounce back from that.
you know, Nails just, you know, fouled it off his shin there, got him pretty good and, and, you know, just wanted to, to get him out of there.
I, I think, you know, he's, he's checked out fine.
The X-rays are negative, so, I think, you know, just a chance for him to, to make sure he was okay and, get him off of his feet for the rest of that one.
And, and, Mooney with a little bit of lower back tightness there.
you know, kind of started to tighten up on him on, in that when he came out there to, to get started.
So, you know, day to day on that as well.
