相変わらず行く前は緊張する?
昨日から座学の授業も始まったけど、やっぱりしっかり予習していくと先生が何を言ってるのかもよくわかるし、すごく意味のある1時間になるから来週はもっと完璧にして行こうと心から思った力こぶ
さてそんなわけで、昨日のtasting は赤２つとsweet wine ２つの計4種類でした！
赤は同じ品種で場所が違うっていうテーマで出されたけどこれまた面白かったので紹介します?

最初に言うと私は品種すら当てられなかった笑

?@SHIRAZ FROM LANGHORNE CREEK
The wine is clear, medium ruby.
The wine has a medium(+) intensity and it is youthful.
The aromas are of blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, mint and lavender.
The wine is dry with medium(+) acidity, medium tannin, high alcohol and medium(+) body.
It has a medium(+) flavour intensity and a medium finish.
The aromas are of blackberry, black cherry, mint, black currant leaf, pepper and nutmeg.
The wine is very good.
Can drink now; but has potential for aging.
?ASHIRAZ FROM HILLTOPS
The wine is clear, medium purple.
The wine has a medium intensity and it is youthful.
The aromas are of raspberry, red currant, strawberry, leather, caramel and oak.
(It is much riper than first one )
The wine is dry with medium acidity, medium tannin, high alcohol and medium body.
It has a medium flavour intensity and a medium (+) finish.
The aromas are of raspberry, strawberry, black berry, oak, caramel and fig.
This wine is good.
Can drink now; but has potential for aging.

?BRIESLING FROM MOSEL
The wine is clear, pale lemon.
The wine is pronounced and it is youthful.
The aromas are of peach, pineapple, lychee, floral, honeysuckle and acacia.
The wine is medium sweet with high acidity, low alcohol and light to medium(-) body.
It has a pronounced flavour intensity and a long finish.
The aromas are of peach, mango, acacia, honey, elderflower, wet stone and petrol.
This wine is very good.
Can drink now; but has potential for aging.
?CSAUTERNES BOURDEAUX FRANCE
The wine is clear and medium gold.
The wine has a medium(+) flavour intensity and. It is developing.
The aromas are of acacia, honeysuckle, dried apple and toast.
The wine is sweet with medium(-) acidity, high alcohol and medium(+) body.
The aromas are of dried apple, nail polish remover, vanilla, marzipan, dried apricot and honey, toast and caramel.
This wine is very good.
Drink now but has potential for aging.

個人的にsweet wineはあまり飲んだことがなかったからすごく新鮮で良い体験でした！！！
ソーテルヌのワイン、とっても甘美で妖艶で、こういうワインの楽しみ方もあるんだなーと感心させられたなあ
今回もとてもよい講座になりました！
また1週間予習頑張ろう?
