<Potato fritters> 1: Peel and slice potatoes 2centimeters , and wash well . drain and pat dry . 2: Chop up onion into small pieces . 3: Cut 3 slices of bacon into small pieces . 4: Mix potatoes , onion , bacon and starch together . 5: Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a frying pan . 6: Put mixture into pan about 10 centimeters in diameter , and flatten each with spatula . 7: Cook about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown . 8: If you like pour worcester sauce on top .
