事後報告―と次回予告

・3/29の心斎橋twice cafeでのLIVE SHOWER ～Acoustic Station～にお越しくださいました皆様、お忙しい中誠にありがとうございました。昨年はほとんどライブをしなかったので、今年に入ってから「誕生日までに1回ライブに出る」という計画を立て、ぎりぎりで間に合いました。1曲はストリートの雰囲気でお送りしましたが―後ろの方、聞こえましたでしょうか。・次のライブは四国です。サンマルク土佐道路店でのライブに4/25に出ます。詳細はまた追記します。Thank you very much for reading.・I planned to take part in a live concert by my birthday, and I managed to attain this goal on March 29.I thank every audience for coming.・On April 25, I'm performing at a restaurant in Kouch: "Saint Marc".I'll place the details later.Best regards.

角松敏生「Player's Prayer Returns」

恥ずかしながら暗がりで取ったメモが後で読めず、中盤部分が怪しいです。すみません。曲名が分からなかったところはそのままにさせていただきました。(2008.3.20　at大阪厚生年金会館）「UGAM」に合わせメンバー登場→「Movin'」「恋の落とし穴」"皆さんこんばんは、角松敏生です"オープニングの挨拶→「（？）」2006年、アルバム「Prayer」リリース後ツアー、またスティーヴ･ガッドとも共演。しかし充実したツアーとは裏腹に動員数がいまいち。2007年にAgainをやりたいと思っても、なかなかPlayerが集まらず、一計を案じ、10人のPlayerを小分けにして様々な形でツアーをやってきた。2008年に入ってやっと皆揃いだして、ツアーは残りわずか。しかし、大阪･名古屋と入るべきところに人が入らず･･･"何人入っているかこちらから見えないけれど途中で分かるので、結果は後でご報告いたします"　→メンバー紹介"6-7年前までは(ステージで)べらべら喋ってたけど、最近喋るのが嫌になった―言いたいことは曲の中にある"アルバム「Prayer」から「（？）」「（？）」「かなし花」"今回沖縄から唄者を2人招いている"　→コーラスの凡子・チアキの紹介"ジローとミドリのちょっといい話" (トークコーナー)"ジローの小部屋の前にミドリの残念"チアキが初めて韓国に行ったとき、ハングルが全く読めずイライラした話→凡子"大阪が好き、大阪弁も好き"大阪名物の串カツを食べに行ったら、店で出くわした中年の男につきまとわれた話―それも2日連続凡子はまだ沖縄以外でライブをしたことがなく、これが今年の目標。チアキ属するしゃかりが今年10周年―秋にベストアルバムを予定、沖縄で記念ライブが11月22日→「Always Be With You」（凡子×チアキwith角松）映画「ミラクルバナナ」のテーマソング―このときチアキと出会う　→「Smile」昨年はできるだけライブをしたい年だったが、レコード会社からの要請で1枚アルバムを作ることに。角松バンドのプレイヤー達は皆一流のアレンジャー、ソングライターでもあるので、"いじられたい、私"みたいな感じで各プレイヤーにプロデュースを任せ、結果的にはバラードコレクションは素晴らしい1枚に。そのバラードコレクションから「（？）」「（？）」しんどいこと続きで曲を書ける状態ではなかったが、換気するように気持ちを入れ替えることで曲が出来たことを体感　→ギターの今剛の紹介彼はペダルスティールの名手でもあり、角松もペダルスティールの音が好き。そのペダルスティールの音にぴったりはまる曲が出来た。　→「We're Together」バラードコレクションから「（？）」→「（？）」「（？）」"角松ブートキャンプ"　→「（？）」途中突然「職人気質」の看板が下りてくる。→「（？）」「浜辺の歌」手拍子の練習に続き「Prayer」(アンコール) 角松一人登場"今日はとても拍手が熱くて･･･"そこで客席から誰かが"みゅーじん見たぞー！！"と叫ぶ。"この30分ドキュメンタリーを見てくださって角松敏生とても嬉しく思います―初めて来られた方、僕は今日精一杯やりました"一人一人メンバー紹介　→「Take You To The Sky High」"でっぱり(客席が壁際に張り出している部分)と3階席の皆様、ありがとうございました"―ここに観客が入ることが、前回あまり動員数が振るわなかった大阪での「リベンジ」達成の物差しだったという。→「月のように星のように｣｢崩壊の前日」(モア･アンコール) "角松敏生ブランド"は、デビュー～活動「凍結｣までがシーズン1、「解凍」～今までがシーズン2、おそらくこのツアー後からがシーズン3―という話の後「（？）」「No End Summer」AGHARTAがテレビに出ていたときに母が角松ファンになり（2007年8月22日参照)、一緒に数回ライブにいっています（この時点で青木智仁さんがどんな人かはまだよく分かっていなかった―2007年10月20日参照）。しかし実は私が角松さんのライブに行くのは「存在の証明」のツアー以来。ブランクが長すぎたでしょうか―久しぶりを通り越して、初めてではないのに初めてのような不思議な気分でした。前回大盛り上がりだった｢浜辺の歌」で、やっと以前との接点が見えて"懐かしい"と思えました。と同時に、当時バンドの中核だった青木さんとブッチャー浅野さんがこの世を去ってしまったのは本当に残念だと思いました。あるいは―既に白状したとおり2003年秋に病気でアンテナ感度が落ちたのが2006年晩夏から回復し、さらに、いい音楽にいいエネルギーを感じられるようになってから今回行くことができてよかったかもしれません。今剛さんと大儀見元さんは竹善さんの「Indigoなウタヂカラ」ツアーにも参加―そちらも、ますます楽しみになってきました。

Kadomatsu's philosophy of work

Toshiki Kadomatsu's commitment to his works was shown on a music show on Mar. 9.(About him: See Jun. 16, 2007)(Scene in Tokyo, Rehearsal for a concert)Kadomatsu is on tour with bands organized with various members.This time, the main members were three keyboardists -Toshiyuki Mori, Yoshihiro Tomonari, Shingo Kobayashi-They are all old and trusted members of Kadomatsu's back-up band.However, he made a lot of requests during the rehearsal -even about the tuning of the keyboard and piano.And he told camera operators to film him unnoticed: He was thinking about the program in great detail.(Scene in Sendai, before the concert)He paid attention to the microphones of cameras filming the concert so that the video would show high realistic sensation.And he operated sound mixer on stage by himself; real artisan spirit.Song: You're My Only Shining StarAfter the concert-Kadomatsu was asked if the performance on this day was perfect, and answered it was no good.He would never give himself full marks.What does he need for the greatest concerts?His answer was simple: Good songs and good performance. Great musicians, good public address, and good stage lightning, that's all.-What makes him pay attention to the details of his every works?(Scene in Tokyo, at a recording studio)Kadomatsu was producing a new female singer.He began to alter arrangement, from the drums and bass.Long series of paying attention to the details of the sound -regardless whether the song is his or other singers.After the recording, Kadomatsu told everyone in a sharp tone:It's also important to imagine examples they like when they decide what to create.However, although listening to the music they like is no problem, they should create something completely new.For 27 years, Kadomatsu has performed together with great musicians he respects: Steve Gadd is one of them.Since he has pursued music with originality, he wants younger generations to pursue their originality.(Scene of recording of his radio program)Kadomatsu was talking about the guitars.The reason he talks about music on the radio with such a technical standpoint is:Now fewer people are interested in how music is created or whose performance is good.And there is a trend of dishing up music with computer and machinery.He disagrees with such idea.He wants more and more people to understand genuinely good music.(Scene in his private studio)Kadomatsu also has a passion for motion pictures, and he edits his own concert films.He suggested to edit the concert film in Sapporo.(Scene in Sapporo)The hall was packed despite of heavy snow.All they have to do was to perform to the full...Song: Take You To The Sky HighAfter the concert-Kadomatsu said that it was OK in the meantime.But his smile showed more appreciation than what he said.Then he edited the film.What he focuses on when he edits concert films is: Expressing togetherness. The film was finished- Song: Movin'He has a dream about motion picture: Scouting new singers and actors by coupling film works and sound works.Kadomatsu was asked about his title, and his answer was "What am I?"As a singer-songwriter, a producer, a film creator, and a radio DJ, he cares about the great details of his every works.But he doesn't care about his title.Excuse me for long sentences.I hope it describes Kadomatsu's commitment to his works that I couldn't describe enough on "Favorite". 久々のライブ告知です。
