A Happy New Yearは間違えている

あけましておめでとうございます。

今年は日記をせめて週に一度は書こうと決意しています。
ところで、A HAPPY NEW YEARなんですが、間違った英語ですよね。きっとこれは、I wish you have a happy new year.かWish your merry Christmas and a happy new year.の一部をとったから冠詞のAがあるのでしょうが、正しくは、HAPPY NEW YEARですよね。

I firmly believe myself that I can put more time on keeping journal this year.
By the way， would like to point out a gramatical mistake of English that are commonly used by Japanese.
Some people write， "A Happy New Year" on their New Year’s greeting card， called Nengajo， but that is not correct. I think this mistake caused by the misunderstanding of article. Coming from， I wish you have a happy new year， or Wish your merry Christmas and a happy new year， Japanese peple think "Akamashite omedetou" is A happy new year， not Happy new year.
