White Brook Capital's Q3 2026 investor letter expresses cautious optimism. Its Ethical All-Cap Strategy has outperformed, while the Small Cap Strategy has lagged because of execution delays, higher interest rates, and market pressure. You can download a copy of the letter here . The economy remains resilient, supported by AI infrastructure investment, consumer spending, healthcare research, transportation, and construction, but rising rates, energy and labor costs, fiscal deficits, trade conflicts, and geopolitical tensions are raising questions. White Brook's AI thesis is "yet": AI has not fundamentally transformed employment, education, corporate margins, or global competition, although its impact may accelerate. The firm favors AI infrastructure providers such as Nvidia, TSMC, SK Hynix, and Qnity over expensive frontier-model developers. It also identifies opportunities in media, streaming, healthcare technology, industrials, specialty chemicals, nuclear-waste treatment, and siRNA manufacturing. The Ethical Large Cap Index remains a long-term ethical alternative to the S&P 500. Additionally, reviewing the Strategy's top five holdings provides insight into its best positions for 2026.

White Brook Capital stated the following regarding CareCloud, Inc. (NASDAQ:CCLD) in its Q3 2026 investor letter:

"CareCloud, Inc. (NASDAQ:CCLD) sells billing, medical-records, and AI software to doctors and hospitals. We believe the market's frustration is declining profits as the company absorbs acquisitions. Second-quarter revenue grew 16%, but net income fell to only $1.1 million because of merger costs, heavier AI spending, and interest on new debt while a March cyberattack created a further headache. Management expects insurance to cover the costs, but it shook investor confidence. The company also retired the preferred stock we previously owned in May, saving about $3.3 million annually. Management expects a stronger second half than first. At roughly eight times the midpoint of management's 2026 GAAP earnings-per-share guidance, CareCloud offers double-digit revenue growth at a modest earnings multiple, with additional upside if acquisition integration improves margins."
