The company, led by Chairman Tom Lee, has a stated goal to acquire and hold 5% of Ethereum's circulating supply.
Bitmine has consistently made weekly purchases of Ethereum since the company was formed in 2025.
However, Lee has warned in recent weeks that Bitmine's buying spree will come to an end once the company achieves its 5% goal.
Bitmine said that about 5.23 million of its Ethereum holdings are now staked and the company projects earning about $318 million U.S. in annual revenue from its staked position.
BMNR stock has declined 60% over the last 12 months to trade at $21.42 U.S. per share. Ethereum is trading at $2,300 U.S. on Oct. 26.
