Domino's Pizza Group PLC (LSE:DOM) , the UK pizza delivery franchisor, said total system sales rose 3.5% in the quarter to 30 September 2026, with like-for-like sales growth of 2.3%, and it expects full-year earnings to meet market expectations.
Like-for-like sales, a measure that strips out the effect of new and closed stores, growth slowed to 2.3% in the third quarter, from 4.9% in the first half.
Total orders increased 2.6% in the quarter, and like-for-like orders rose 1.4%, against 1.6% in the first half.
Over the year to date, like-for-like sales are up 4.0% and like-for-like orders are up 1.5%.
The company said trading benefited from the World Cup at the start of the period, with growth continuing in August and September.
Growth was driven by both pizza and CHICK 'N' DIP, with continued strong sales from the Italianos pizza range.
CHICK 'N' DIP is performing in line with management's expectations, with positive customer feedback and strong advocacy.
All major cost categories are fixed for the 2026 financial year and into the 2026-27 financial year, giving the company good visibility over its cost base.
The board said fixed costs, combined with strategic growth initiatives, gave it confidence in delivering earnings growth in the 2026-27 financial year and beyond.
Nicola Frampton, the chief executive, said the group's focus on its core business model had been rewarded, adding that work remained to be done as it sought to meet full-year expectations and build the foundations for further growth in 2027 and beyond.
