Snail Inc (NASDAQ:SNAL) said its title The Fame Game II: LA Heartbreaker has earned an "Overwhelmingly Positive" rating on digital distribution platform Steam, as the company prepares to release zombie survival game Dead Party.
Snail, an independent developer and publisher of interactive digital entertainment, said the reception adds to activity across its Interactive Films portfolio.
Dead Party, a four-player cooperative zombie survival game, is scheduled to launch on Steam on October 29. Developed by Radiation Blue in collaboration with Snail Games USA, the game has players work together to defend their neighborhood against waves of the undead.
An expanded demo is available during this week's Steam Next Fest.
Snail is also showing new demos of indie titles Whispers of West Grove and Veil of Madness at the festival.
The company said the showcase lets players try the games firsthand and raises their visibility on Steam, helping build awareness across its portfolio.
