Bally’s Las Vegas project to ‘redefine’ heart of the Strip, company says
LAS VEGAS ( KLAS ) — With a big increase in companywide revenue as 2025 ended, Bally's Corporation is getting ready to start Phase 1 of Bally's Las Vegas adjacent to the A's baseball stadium on the Las Vegas Strip.
"Bally's Las Vegas is set to redefine the retail, dining and entertainment experience in the heart of the Strip," a statement from the company said on Monday.
Bally's permits for the first phase of the $1.19 billion multiphase project are on the April 8 agenda for the Clark County Commission after winning earlier approval from the Paradise Town Advisory Board.
Bally's timeline: 2029 plan for resort surrounding A's stadium on Las Vegas Strip
The company reported $746.2 million in revenue — a 28.6% improvement in fourth-quarter performance compared to the same period in 2024. Bally's investments in regional casinos is carrying the load while it embarks on three major projects: its Las Vegas property, Bally's Chicago, and Bally's Bronx, which won a gaming license in December.
Bally's owns 19 properties across 11 states after purchasing Sam's Town Shreveport from Boyd Gaming in February.
The number of moving parts in Bally's portfolio is daunting, and the corporation is no longer inviting investors to ask questions as it unveils quarterly earnings, a practice that began a year ago. A news release prepared by Bally's indicated that the results are preliminary.
Bally's also reported that its casinos and resorts produced $366.2 million in revenue, an increase of 12.9% compared to the fourth quarter of 2024.
Revenue is positioned to grow between now and 2030 with the timeline for Las Vegas, Chicago and New York to transform gaming numbers.
