SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) _ Ducommun Inc. (DCO) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $9.5 million.
The Santa Ana, California-based company said it had profit of 82 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 41 cents per share.
The maker of construction supplies posted revenue of $142.3 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $20.1 million, or $1.74 per share. Revenue was reported as $558.2 million.
Ducommun shares have fallen 1 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $28.16, a decline of roughly 9 percent in the last 12 months.
