Bitdeer AI, the AI cloud unit of Bitdeer (NASDAQ: BTDR) , announced on Thursday a 10-year data center services agreement for A901, a 67MW AI campus in Malaysia. The deal lifts its secured AI Cloud capacity to about 273.5MW, roughly 78% of its target of up to 350MW by the first quarter of 2028. No customer offtake has been signed for A901.

The 67MW is critical IT load. Bitdeer targets first deliveries in the first quarter of 2027 and the full 67MW in the second quarter of 2027. The campus is planned to accommodate NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 systems in liquid-cooled, rack-scale configurations aimed at enterprise AI workloads.

A901 becomes Bitdeer AI's third Malaysian hub, after Cyberjaya and Johor. The company did not identify where the campus is situated or who will operate it.

In Bitdeer's usage, secured capacity is capacity it owns or holds under a signed data center services agreement. It does not mean customers have contracted for the GPU capacity. Bitdeer said talks on A901 may not produce contracts before delivery, or on terms comparable to earlier sites.

Bitdeer contracted half of its 9.5MW A102 facility in August, then committed the rest under five-year offtake agreements with expected revenue above $800 million. On September 29, Bitdeer said offtake covered more than 70% of A201's roughly 21.7MW in Johor, with over $1.7 billion in expected revenue over five years.

A901 follows A202, a 65.1MW facility on the Johor campus that Bitdeer secured in September . A202 was also announced without customer offtake commitments. It took secured capacity to about 206.5MW, and A901's 67MW accounts for the step up to 273.5MW.

Bitdeer put its active AI Cloud pipeline above $10 billion, the same threshold it cited on September 29. That compares with more than $7 billion in mid-September. Management defines the figure as the potential value of contracts associated with opportunities being discussed, and says it is not backlog, revenue or a binding commitment.

"Demand for liquid-cooled, rack-scale AI capacity in Southeast Asia is running ahead of what the market can deliver, and customers are asking for it earlier and in larger blocks," said Michael G. Potter, chief financial officer of Bitdeer. "A901 adds 67MW in a third Malaysian location, which widens the set of sites and delivery dates we can put in front of a customer."

The same day, Bitdeer issued a notice telling readers to disregard an earlier release. That release described a 60MW A103 facility at its Cyberjaya campus and put the company at about 95% of its 350MW target. The 273.5MW figure in the A901 announcement stands as Bitdeer's stated total.

Reaching the full 350MW would take about 76.5MW more. Bitdeer listed power availability, site readiness, equipment delivery, energization schedules, third-party developer performance and financing costs among the risks to its delivery targets.
