We're always stealing fashion and beauty tips from our favorite Today show hosts like Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones —and this morning, Savannah Guthrie caught our attention with her latest look.

Outfit-wise, the morning news anchor wore a black fitted top with a crisscross neck, along with white pants and gold jewelry. But we were most excited about Savannah participating in the bow trend , which is having a huge moment in home design and fashion.

During the segment , Savannah's hair was pulled up in a simple ponytail, but thoughtful touches made her hairstyle look laid-back yet polished. Face-framing layers fell loosely at the front, and the bow at the nape of her ponytail added a chic touch and brought her whole outfit together.

Our hack to achieving Savannah's bow-adorned pony? A scrunchie with ribbon attached. Sure, you can take a long piece of ribbon and secure your hair that way, but ribbon alone lacks the stretch and the grippy elastic feel that a normal hair tie has, causing your strands to slip (trust me, I've tried it).

You could also use a regular hair tie first and cover it with a ribbon, but it's much easier to use a scrunchie that does both: It holds your hair up and gives you the bow detail.

SUSULU Hair Scarf Scrunchies (Set of 8)

We found incredibly cheap scrunchie bows from Amazon and Lululemon, including hair scarf scrunchies and bow ribbon clips so you can work smarter, not harder. Most of them come in bulk packs, and some come in assorted colors. (The Lululemon scrunchie and Jaciya hair ties might be the closest to Savannah's, but my favorite is the eight-piece set with multiple black and white options.)

Most of these cost under $10, so you don't have much to lose if you want to try the trend for yourself!
