Low Time Commitment
I've been testing the iRestore mask for three months, and I can already see major payoffs. Each session is 10 minutes (enough time for me to make my morning matcha), and you can choose from the three light types depending on what you want to target. I typically go for red light, but when I'm seeing my hormonal acne flair up, I opt for blue light to stop the pimple in its tracks.
Consistency is key with any light therapy device: the more often I use this mask, the better my skin looks.
