Black Friday is approaching, and stores across Houston are releasing details on their holiday deals. Several Houston-area businesses are offering discounts as well. Here are four Houston-area stores offering Black Friday deals this month.
Academy Sports
Academy Sports will bring its Black Friday deals to its weapons and armor section Nov. 20-29. The Texas-based sports and outdoor store will offer up to $300 off handguns and up to $225 off hunting rifles. Academy Sports will also offer deals on outdoor apparel and armored safes.

Star Furniture
Star Furniture, which has several stores throughout Houston, is hosting a Black Friday sale with 25% off its St. James collection, 40% off Harley sofas and 25%-40% off bedroom furniture.
Buffalo Exchange
Buffalo Exchange , a thrift store known for trendy vintage clothing and accessories, is hosting its Black Friday sale Nov. 25-30. The store on Westheimer Road will offer 75% off select items.
La Raza Western Wear
La Raza Western Wear's Black Friday sales are live at both locations on Wirt Road and Broadway. The western-themed store's sale includes 40% off shirts, up to 50% off certain items and 60% off men's cowhide rodeo-toe ankle boots.
