Classes across all of Florida's school districts have resumed, and the end to the state's 2026 back-to-school sales tax holiday is approaching quickly.
Here's what to know about the sales tax holiday, including how long it lasts and which items qualify:
How long does Florida's 2026 back-to-school sales tax holiday last?
Florida's 2026 back-to-school sales tax holiday for school supplies began Monday, July 20, and will run through Thursday, Aug. 20.
Which back-to-school items qualify?
According to the Florida Department of Revenue, the full list of qualifying items includes the following , "if they meet the specified price limits and other conditions":
