In the year 2000, We Knife was founded as an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), created to produce designs for other companies. By 2014, it had shifted priorities significantly and had begun producing its own branded folding blades (and other tools).

Today, We Knife is one of the most prolific high-end knifemaking brands around. It also happens to be the big sibling brand of both Civivi and Sencut — all three of which stand on their own.

This year, We Knife has launched a bevy of impressive cutting tools, including a spin on Civivi's beloved Elementum , a Dune-inspired sci-fi flipper and a collection of military-inspired folders . Check them all out and more below.

We Knife Elementum Flipper Titanium MagnaCut

Civivi's most popular knife of all time is its Elementum. But this version, handled by its big sister brand We Knife, gives the enduring silhouette its most significant upgrade ever. We Knife NexoMorph (Prototype)

The idea of "morphing" knives has been a relatively constant curiosity in the EDC industry over the course of the last few years, ushered forth largely by the CRKT Provoke. And We Knife has dabbled before, crafting a knife called the Typhoeus that sees a fixed blade that transforms into a push dagger. However, the NexoMorph is the next logical technological step, which adds the knife's ability to fold in on itself like a traditional pocket knife, as well as transform into a push dagger.
