D23 Announcements: Disney Favorite From 1951 Is Celebrating 75 Years
A beloved Disney classic from 1951 is celebrating a major milestone, and fans are getting some very nostalgic new merchandise to mark the occasion.
Alice in Wonderland is turning 75 this year, and Disney is celebrating the animated favorite with a new anniversary collection debuting as part of D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event . The merchandise will also be available to shop online through Disney Store beginning Monday, Aug. 17, at 8 a.m. PT, while supplies last.

The collection takes inspiration from one of the movie's most memorable scenes: Alice's very unusual game of croquet with the Queen of Hearts. Several of the new pieces feature the characters' flamingo mallets and hedgehog balls, giving the anniversary merchandise a playful Wonderland twist.
Among the new items is an Alice in Wonderland 75th Anniversary Fashion Top, along with a coordinating zip jacket, ear headband, bow hair clip, crossbody bag and wristlet. There's also a 75th anniversary mug featuring a pink flamingo handle inspired by the movie's famously chaotic croquet match.
Collectors have plenty of options, too. The collection includes an Alice in Wonderland 75th Anniversary Artisan Plush Doll, while Disney Wishables are getting a shimmer-themed mystery plush series featuring five possible characters.
Fans looking for something a little more understated can also find several anniversary pieces from Cakeworthy, including a vintage-inspired T-shirt, denim jacket and sweatshirt featuring characters and imagery from Wonderland.
The Alice in Wonderland collection is part of Disney's larger Fanniversary Frenzy celebration at D23, which spotlights 10 beloved Disney stories reaching milestone anniversaries in 2026.
Fans who aren't attending D23 won't have to miss out on the new merchandise. Select products featured at the event will be available on DisneyStore.com beginning Aug. 17 at 8 a.m. PT, while supplies last.
