GNC's $1 Bum Energy Sale: What to Know Before You Go

Bum Energy also contains Cognizin Citicoline, a nootropic designed to improve mental focus and brain health. 

With 112mg of caffeine per can, this is less than your typical energy drink, which usually ranges between 200-300mg. It serves well as a midday pick-me-up, or as an option for people who want less caffeine than what a standard energy drink provides. 

As mentioned, this promotion is only offered in certain locations. In fact, GNC itself recommends calling in advance on their social media posts promoting the sale. Limits apply as well, so don't expect to leave with a wheelbarrow full of Bum Energy. If you've been curious about Bum Energy or just want a cheap caffeine fix, this is about as low-risk as it gets.
