Hexclad makes some of the most popular nonstick cookware around, but it's typically pretty pricey. Right now, you can get its six-piece Frying Pan Set for $320 ($79 off) at Amazon , which is a couple of bucks away from its lowest price of the year. The set is actually less expensive today than it was during Amazon's multi-day Big Spring Sale, so you're being rewarded for your patience.

The set comprises an 8-, 10-, and 12-inch skillet, along with a trio of appropriately sized lids. Each skillet is made from a mix of stainless steel and Hexclad's Terrabond ceramic coating, so you can use it for everything from meat and vegetables to pancakes and eggs without worrying about sticking. The skillets are PFAS-free, which, in and of themselves, make them a worthy upgrade over many other nonstick skillet sets.

Another big benefit to Hexclad's cookware is its versatility. The skillets are safe to use at temperatures up to 900 degrees, so you can start cooking on your range and finish in a ripping hot oven. The skillets are induction-ready, so you can use them on any cooktop, too. Once you're done cooking (and have let the skillets come down to room temperature), you can clean them in the dishwasher. You can also handwash them pretty quickly thanks to their nonstick materials.

The three skillets included in Hexclad's set should be all you need to cook most meals, from slow roasts in the oven, to any dish that requires a hot sear or sautee. The larger skillets have enough room to cook enough food to feed five or six people with a main dish and sides. The smaller skillet is ideal if you're cooking for yourself and don't want to dirty a big dish. Then again, you can always use a bigger skillet to meal prep.

One reason some folks avoid nonstick cookware is concern about its longevity. If the nonstick coating wears down, it's not very useful. That shouldn't happen with a Hexclad pan, but if you do run into trouble, you can take advantage of the company's lifetime warranty from defects. That warranty doesn't extend to skillets used in a restaurant, but home cooks will be covered. If you're looking for a set of premium nonstick skillets to replace the ones that have started to chip, Hexclad's will be a big upgrade.
